Our property is a snapshot of Ruidoso in the tall pines. Our quaint property offers a full kitchen, living room, dedicated work space/dining area, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and on-site laundry room. The property is located just 1.2 miles or 5 minutes from the snow park, ski area turn off, Ruidoso Sports Complex/softball fields, Alto Lake and the Alto Cafe. Our property is located in a well-established, quiet neighborhood.

The space
The Cozy Cabin has three bedrooms with five beds and one sleeper sofa. The three bedrooms are one King & Queen bed in the master suite, one King bed in second bedroom, and two Twin beds in the third bedroom. The property offers an open concept floor plan with the main entertainment area just off from the kitchen, and overlooking the large desk space. A large sliding glass door connects the deck space to the main entertainment area and offers additional outdoor seating to expand the entertaining area. The main front yard is fenced for children and pets.

The entire house, minus the owners closet which is located in the hall between the two back bedrooms.
Other things to note
I wanted to provide you a quick snapshot of what you can expect regarding amenities while staying with us. The kitchen has all the amenities required to cook meals—pots, pans, plates, serving bowls, glasses, utensils, etc.

Our property has all linens—bed, bath, kitchen, in addition to shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand and dish soaps. There are also cleaning supplies and disinfectant wipes. Of course all paper products—paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, and trash bags are also provided. There is also a small assortment of bags and foil in the kitchen.
