The house features 2 bedrooms (master has a brand new luxury queen mattress, second bedroom has 2 twin beds) a full bath with tub/shower combo, a stocked kitchen, a living room, bathroom and enclosed porch. Enjoy being steps to the beach via Folsom Lane public access and never worry about finding a place to park! Walk to the arcade, shops, and restaurants in the heart of Wells Beach or relax at home and eat in… the kitchen has everything you need for cooking family meals. Want to spend your time outside? There’s an outdoor grill for your BBQ needs and plenty of room in the yard to enjoy perfect Maine summer nights. Hannaford grocery store is a 3-minute drive, around the corner on Rt. 1, so you’ll never run out of anything. Quiet, safe, family neighborhood waiting for you to explore. The house was perfect… had everything we needed and more… there was even a water bowl left for my fur baby… we would def stay here again!

Relaxing Getaway

The property was close to the beach and conveniently close to other attractions. Loved being able to have our dog there especially. She enjoyed her walks on the beach-as did we!

Our stay was fantastic. The house was very clean and comfortable for 4 adults and our dog. Stacey was extremely responsive and welcoming. We would absolutely stay again.

A Happy Cottage

We loved our stay at Happy Cottage, the location near the beach was amazing , it was clean and had everything you would need . Stacey always got back to you straight away if you had a question and we could bring our dog Mackie so that made us happy

Happy Wells Beach House

From the moment we opened the door we felt so at home in this cozy cottage. We found everything that we needed and more. We were also greeted with a nice deck of Maine cards, chocolates and a gourmet jam from Stonewall Kitchen. Khloe, our Great Dane felt at home as well. We are so very thankful to the Graves Family for allowing dogs in this wonderful house! We will definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful week and huge bonus that we could bring our dog. The owners absolutely thought of everything. The house was clean and cozy. Short walk to the beach. We were told if there was anything we needed to let them know, but honestly, they had everything at the house you would need for your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

Absolutely Perfect

We found the perfect cottage for our first trip to Wells Beach. Check in was easy. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a week long stay at the beach. (Beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards) The location was perfect. Just a quick walk over to the beach. We were also very close to some great local restaurants in the area. Highly recommend Billy's Chowder House which was right around the corner. We absolutely loved Wells Beach and will definitely rent this cottage again. The owners were fantastic.

Responsive helpful host & pets are welcome!

The cottage is about a 2 minute walk to the beach! It has boogie boards, beach toys and chairs and a wagon to haul it all. It has everything you need including coffee pods, so just bring your bathing suit! Things are a little dated but it’s a very homey relaxing beach cottage. You can even hear the surf at night which is a definite plus. The Lobster Pound down the street has great food and even better ice cream! Everyone in the neighborhood is very friendly. Absolutely loved our stay and won’t hesitate to book it again! Thanks Stacey for a wonderful experience.

Outstanding communication by host from the second it was booked throughout the stay. Cute, well-kept classic cottage. Close to beach (one house and one short block to entrance ) and many nice touches in the house - coffee area, everything you could need to cook, large bathroom, a very comfortable bed, and dog-friendly. Were there to visit local relatives who were so impressed they took a card with the house info to recommend to future visitors. 1 mile off Rt 1 so quick and easy access to neighboring towns of Ogunquit and Kennebunk. (Close enough to walk to local businesses tho no sidewalks and narrow shoulders, so not as walkable as would appear from map. It sits on a shared driveway, 2nd house from road so is quiet.)

My new Happy Place

From the minute we drove up we knew place was going to be the most welcoming. And it was! From the welcome gift, to the convenience of having everything that we needed at the cottage this place was excellent. We were seconds away from the beachfront. Minutes from shopping or eating or attractions. It was the best of everything. I plan on coming back in October 2024 and each year after. This is my new “Happy Place”. My home away from home. Thank you Graves Family for such a welcoming place. The Wallingford Family “2023”

This cottage - space and location was great for our family of 4 . Both check-in and check out were very smooth. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful . The kitchen was equipped with a Keurig for coffee (pods too) but no actual coffee pot if that's important to you. There is a dishwasher, microwave , spacious fridge with freezer, and all basic kitchen items we needed were there. Cute spot for 2 to sit in kitchen. Beds were comfortable for sleeping! No central air but unit in living room and master bedroom. Bathroom has no fan so can get a little stuffy if you have multiple people showering one after the other. The house is a little older, but was overall was clean and well kept. FYI there is a washer but no dryer - that may impact some folks. There is an indoor drying rack provided and a clothes rack outside to hang things to dry.The cottage was a super short walk to Crescent Beach in Wells. We enjoyed mornjng and evening walks on the beach with our dog, as well as beach days. Also close by( 5 min) is Wells Beach (public access) and less than 10 min to North Oqunquit (public access). The town is super close to walk where there are a couple shops, a couple restaurants and a perfect arcade (size and price ) for kids !
