The space: three spacious bedrooms with queen beds and smart charging stations, a lounge with a 75" smart TV, and a full kitchen with island and dining for 6. Well air-conditioned throughout and set up for remote work with fast, free WiFi (100+ Mbps).

Guest access: all areas except locked spaces like the supply closet and garage. Two cars fit free on the driveway. Want to park in the garage? Let us know — $10/night for stays up to a week, $5/night for longer stays. Note the garage is monitored for Amazon deliveries, so the camera stays on. Garage parking may be available for stays of 3+ weeks; just ask.

Good to know: please don't park on the rocks or streets — it's a family-friendly neighborhood with kids playing, so obey posted signs and speed limits. Dead quiet at night.

Policies: Self check-in with a smart lock. Check-in after 3:00 PM, checkout before 12:00 PM. Quiet hours 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. No parties or events. No pets, except by prior arrangement with the host.
