Overall we had a nice stay. Master bathroom was not very clean but everything else was. The pictures of the backyard seating area online did not match in real life. There is a train track right behind the back fence that brought noisy trains throughout the day and night. It was a cute house with plenty of space.

Property was as described , location was perfect for trips to campus . We stay at a lot of rentals and we all agreed these beds were the best!

Very cute and clean - great for the price!

Overall the stay was great! We had all the accommodations we needed, the property was clean, and very well maintained. Check in and out process was seamless. The only thing I would comment on is this property is right next to a railroad with trains passing early morning and throughout the day.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was comfortable. Having some bedrooms on different floors allowed privacy for everyone. The "hang out" space was comfortable and where we spent a lot of our time. We also enjoyed the outside sitting area.

Very cute house in a very quiet and easily accessible neighborhood. Fenced in yard and gate provided perfect privacy and security. Perfect use of space inside.

Very comfortable, well appointed, just really great. Near RR but did not cause any issues. Frankly, could not hear it! Love the uniqueness of the home. Would stay here again!

Immaculate!

Such a cool place at an amazing price! The house is exceptionally clean, spacious, and new. The owner was extremely quick to reply to any questions and everything was as advertised. Cool light features in the master, two flat screens downstairs, and a foosball table to boot! We would definitely stay here again as the location is so close to the TCU campus. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent Location & Service

The service and communication were above and beyond amazing. It is beautifully decorated (spacious too) with high-quality beds, furnishing, and decor. If you've rented a lot of VRBO's you know the value of renting a place with comfy beds and all these amenities. We absolutely loved the place, location, and communication with the property manager. We will definitely be renting this again here in the future! Thank you!

Beautiful & relaxing home in a convenient location

This unique home was a very relaxing place to stay, with beautiful decor, modern appliances and lots of space. The reliable internet made it easy for me to work from here and thanks to the hosts, I was even able to use the big screen TV as a second monitor for a big presentation. The owners were super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed during my 3 night stay. I learned how to use Alexa to turn off the lights LOL Since I have family north of Fort Worth, south of Fort Worth and west of Forth Worth, this home made a great central spot for my visit. I travel to the area frequently and will definitely book here again in the future. Thank you to the hosts for making my stay so pleasant!!

Comfy & close to TCU

We were in town for a weekend visit with our TCU student and were really only at the house to sleep and change, so we didn’t cook or hang out much. The Host is very communicative and responsive to all our needs (I’m reactive to air freshner, and that was easily taken care of once I brought it to his attention). As for location, while I did read the reviews that there is a train “nearby”, the tracks are literally parallel to the house just a few feet from the back fence. The first night the middle of the night trains jolted me out of my sleep, the second night I got used to it. But I felt it was important enough that it should be in the listing. Also, important to note that there are two of the same address in FW (one with a “west”) and this also confused things when I was checking for proximity of the railroad tracks ahead of time. That said, it was a very close drive to campus, though not walkable. The house was quite spacious with all you would need and I feel confident the host would go out of his way to accommodate any needs.
