Our 2,200 sq. foot beautiful home one mile from the University of Oregon.
Features include large picture window in the living room and dining room. Radiant heat floor newer appliances. courtyard, excellent parking.
Perfect when visiting for: running, track, cycling, football, basketball, soccer, tennis and other sporting events, weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, family visits and reunions, the Eugene Symphony, McKenzie River trips, the Oregon Bach Festival, academic and business conferences, the University of Oregon, and much more!

Great community, with amenities including the Hult Center for the Performing Arts, Autzen Stadium, Tamarack Wellness Center, University of Oregon, Downtown Eugene (with many fine restaurants -- we can supply you with a list of our favorites), Natural and Organic Food Stores, Fitness Centers, A World-Class Climbing Gym, Wild and Scenic Rivers, Ski Areas, and 1.5 hours from the Oregon Coast.
