Great House!

My friends and I absolutely loved this home! It had everything we needed and more, and it was in the perfect location. We will definitely book again the next time we go to Wilmington!

Wooster House Vacay

My family and I had a great time. The property was as listed. Three bedrooms , fully equipped kitchen. its just a few miles from downtown and a short drive to Wrightsville Beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, amazing & spotless !!!

When we arrived , we already had every detail of the property & access to it . It’s great to just go in unload and get where you need to be & the owners made it simple . It has a very homey vibe & was spacious enough for our family of 6 !! Washer and dryer available lots of kitchen gadgets to use including a coffee pot with yummy coffee options ! They had lots of towels which we needed after our trip to the beach !! There is a tv in the living room with WiFi and you can sign into your Netflix, Hulu etc. ! There weren’t tvs in bedrooms which is nice , but with the rain we had in the evenings we could have used it lol. We made due and just found family movies we all enjoyed and maybe that’s the point. !! There were also sound machines that helped us all our so much I usually sleep with the sound of a fan and that option was available along with a few others !! There is a huge backyard and picnic table for a family to enjoy ! There were 2 bathrooms which was very convenient, we didn’t have any issues between the 6 of us ! We were about 20 minutes from the beach, it kind of was a surfer area we went to , but the kids still enjoyed the time we had there !! We had bowling , movies, arcades & lots of cool restaurants near us . On our last day at the house we traveled about 1hr 45mins to Myrtle beach bc it was that close ! What I’m trying to say is the beds were comfortable, the house was peaceful , beautifully decorated and spotless!! Would definitely book again 10/10

We love the Wilmington area and all it has to offer, not just the fantastic beaches. We decided on this home for the convenient location to everything Wilmington. The beautiful riverfront, the historic districts and homes, the fantastic line up of events and artists at Greenfield Amphitheater, the little eateries and watering holes within walking distance of the house and so much more. I grew up working in the service industry and really enjoyed making sure that my customers got the service they deserved and this is carrying forward now to our own rental getaway. We hope you enjoy our little home on Wooster as much as we do!

First, it's a ranch! We love not having stairs!
We love the off street parking. The neighbors are friendly and the convenient location is hard to beat. You can walk to the Blue Cup Roastery for coffee, hot chocolate ("10 thumbs up" from our little nephews!) and little bites, Bull City Ciderworks, Fermantal Beer and Wine Bar, Cheesesmith, The Tapyard, unique stores and many more. And if you want some beach time you have a choice of many fantastic nearby beaches.
