Our property has a very cozy and quaint feel. This older home has been reinvented with a large master suite and a guest bedroom that has two beds! This place is perfect for a family and has ample space with modern amenities. It's very pet friendly and has a very large and spacious back yard that is completely fenced in. You will appreciate the space and the easy drive to the beach, UNCW, downtown and other popular hotspots in Wilmington.

We had a wonderful stay! Very close to UNCW for our daughter’s graduation and short drive to downtown Wilmington for dinner or beach visit. The house was very clean and had sheets/towels for an easy long weekend stay. Great back yard for our golden retriever. Beds were comfortable and seating in tv room was comfortable. Parking was convenient for multiple cars. Great stay! Would highly recommend

The back yard was huge!! There are some gaps underneath the back gate so I'm not sure about having a small dog out unattended. Everything else was great!

Lovely clean two bedroomed property of excellent size, master bedroom huge. Ideal for our trip to Wilmington for a friend's wedding. We enjoyed our weeks stay and would definitely book again should we ever be back in the area.

The house was spotless and very comfortable for our stay. It was well stocked with essentials and cookware. The large fenced back yard was perfect for our pets. The queen bed is very comfortable. Mattress was firm but plush covered. It was located within walking distance from New Hanover hospital and within a short drive to restaurants. The owner was very accommodating and quick to answer messages. I would highly recommend booking this residence. We will be using it again on our next trip to Wilmington. Thank you!
