Our property has a very cozy and quaint feel. This older home has been reinvented with a large master suite and a guest bedroom that has two beds! This place is perfect for a family and has ample space with modern amenities. It's very pet friendly and has a very large and spacious back yard that is completely fenced in. You will appreciate the space and the easy drive to the beach, UNCW, downtown and other popular hotspots in Wilmington.

Cozy home

The home is nicely decorated and furnished. Conveniently located….short drive to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Great retreat while visiting our daughter at UNCW.

Convenient location to UNCW with a great backyard.

Property was clean and well furnished. The backyard is massive and great for traveling with pups that need room to run. Minutes from UNCW campus.

Great pet friendly property & location!

Home is immaculately clean & smells so good! Very large back yard is perfect for playing and pets. Comfy beds, plenty of linens, fully stocked kitchen.Communication with the host was easy thru the whole process with prompt responses.I would like to see the few minor cosmetic repairs made to the homes exterior to appeal to the overall experience but those do not affect the stay you will have. Overall very pleased with this property. The location was perfect and we would absolutely go back with our kids & pups!

Amazing place!!

We came to Wilmington for a wedding, but decided to make a trip out of it. We decided to go with this place because of the location and the price. It is in a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood. It is a 10 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach and a 15 minute drive to downtown. We brought our

Weekend stay

This place was perfect for what I needed. It is on a busy street, but it backs up to a neighborhood, so I was able to walk the pups. And as listed, the backyard is huge.

Close to everything

Rental is close to restaurants/shops and a quick drive to the ocean. We traveled with our dogs and they really enjoyed the fenced yard. The listing description doesn’t do justice on how huge it is! House is very clean and comfortable. Tried to contact the host about TVs and didn’t get a response, it seems that’s the main problem with every review too. Never figured them out (followed the directions in welcome packet) besides bedroom tv let us pull up YouTube. It says smart tv but apps wouldn’t work.

Simple relaxed stay

The check in process was simple, on time and the house was very clean. Spacious backyard for outdoor games although the grill does not work. Great neighborhood only a few minutes from everything there is to do in Wilmington. Very nice place to stay.

Very practical and clean

House was exactly as advertised. Clean. Well layed out clean. We will stay there again. Asked last minute for an extra hour to check out and it was no problem.

Attractive but. ..

The pictures accurately show the house. Forget watching tv. The instructions are incomplete and we never could get something to watch. The coffee maker is a drip model so we could not use any of the Kpods we took with us. The bedroom was very comfortable but the 1/2 bathroom was useless as the toilet appeared to be child sized and had no power outlets. Overall the location was good and the back yard was great. Now that we know what to expect we would stay here again.

Good location no TV

Property was clean and in good location. Only issue was there is no cable TV (wanted to watch NFL playoffs). From host instructions was led to believe there would be TV. Internet was available.

Good deal for a nice house

This 2 bedroom house has been totally renovated and it shows. The outside is not at thr same level, but it is irrelevant. The taxes they save gives us lower rates. . Very close to UNCW and easy to get everywhere... especially Wrightsville beach for daily walks. Will stay again next year.

We came into town for a dog show. 2 adults and 2 dogs were more than comfortable and that yard is amazing.

Beach house

If going for just the beach this is a good place to stay. Indoor pictures are accurate. Great for if you’re bringjng your pet theres a large fenced in yard. Poor curb appeal definitely could use work on the outside of the home. Back porch had ripped screens around the patio, pillows on the outside furniture could be refreshed on changed. WiFi was an issue the entire stay couldn’t get connected. WiFi won’t connect to an Alexa or Roku. The TV’s are on two different systems (cable/satellite) and you have to change the bedroom tv channels from the hallway closet. We traveled 7 1/2 hours to stay here so we planned to make this our home away from home but we couldn’t enjoy the amenities. If those concerns were addressed we’d return.
