Spacious lakefront retreat in a quiet cove on Lake Norman. Enjoy this 4,000 sq foot, 5 bdrm home with your friends and family. Enjoy sitting on the dock, kayaking, and paddle boarding (included) w/family and friends. Enjoy the brand-new hot tub. Enjoy the newly renovated downstairs with a full kitchen, and game room, including air hockey, pool table, and basketball game. You will enjoy nights by the fire pit right next to the edge of the lake. The home has straw down from recent landscaping. 7 minutes to restaurants and grocery stores. Bring your boat or rent one nearby
docks.
Enjoy this 2-story nearly 4000 sq ft waterfront home. Located 3 minutes from Lake Norman State Park. The home has a full upstairs kitchen as well as a downstairs kitchen fully stocked. Enjoy the private dock, as well as the full game room with a pool table, air hockey, and basketball. The fire pit will provide nights of family fun.

Amazing!

This place was amazing, it is way better than the online pictures. Also Jeremy was a great host and easily accessible. This will be our go to place when we visit this area which is usually several times per year. It is like two houses in one. The bottom floor also has a full kitchen. The hot tub was a nice size and had more than enough room. I can go on and on about this Lakehouse.

Girls Trip

The property had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was nice to be together with daughters/granddaughters and have enough room. The kitchen had the essentials we needed to cook and a grill outside. Everyone loved the house and relaxed.

EVERYTHING is better on the Lake!

Lovely home, fully equipped with all of our household and lakeside needs. Great view, plenty of activities near by and just minutes from the market, convenience store and local shops. Definitely a repeat reservation. Thx, Jeremy, for having us :)

Excellent lake house for groups

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The downstairs was especially great for our babies as it was easy to baby proof and had great space for all the adults and kiddos as well. The upstairs sun room was lovely for checking out the view and having a morning coffee. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We would absolutely recommend this home for your next lake vacation.

Life is Better on the Lake

First things first, this home was everything! The attention to detail was impeccable! The house was spotless, provided all necessities - seasonings, fully stocked coffee bar, good cook and tableware, in both kitchens. Jeremy was readily available for any questions or concerns prior to and after booking. This was a week of total fun and the fire pit area was an added touch of wow. The bedding was hotel luxury quality as well as the linens and towels. This home didn't disappoint and we're still talking about our trip!
