Ryan and I are thrilled to provide you with our newly remodeled and curated home! We love this area and had the opportunity to purchase the house near ours. We have a blended family of 6 kids ages 22-28 and one precious grandson.
We both grew up on the east coast, but have been in this part of the country for years. Graduates of Purdue and Towson State University. Renovating this home and designing it has been a labor of love for both of us. We pray that you can create wonderful memories on our property as you enjoy the calming effect of the water. We are available to you if you need anything - but we tried to anticipate almost any need you could have! We would love to meet you when you visit - but are completely good with allowing you your privacy if you prefer. The decision is yours!

Being on the water is so calming to me. It has always been a dream of my husband's to live on the water. We moved into our home on the river in 2020, and were blessed to purchase this home in the fall of 2022 and completely renovate it. It has ALL been touched - new floors, wall, paint, ceiling, beams, furniture, appliances, bathrooms... We wanted to provide a calm, relaxing oasis that is a perfect waterfront getaway. I love to cook so I aimed to stock the kitchen with so much more than the basics. We also love our coffee so the coffee and tea bar is also fully stocked!

We LOVE the fact that you can view the river from every room. Having sliding doors to private decks from each bathroom and the living room were wonderful selling points for us. Then the sunroom topped it off. The area is quiet - and SO convenient to almost anything in the area. Easy access to Jeffersonville and Clarksville, IN (12 minutes), Northeast Louisville (11 minutes), downtown Louisville (19 minutes); Churchill Downs (23 minutes), New Albany (17 minutes). Perfect rental for Kentucky Derby weekend!
