Very clean, kitchen was full of everything. Lots of linens that we didn't run out.The only thing is that the 2 couches do not pull out. They are not the same couches in the picture. Host was amazing to work with!!!We would stay here again.Absolutely beautiful place!!!Close to many awesome places in town.

The house was beautiful and spacious, and Chris was very accommodating for us. If there were any issues Chris was very quick to respond and get it fixed. He was excellent! The location is very close to Louisville, which is where we spent the majority of our time. There’s also a shopping center with Sam’s and Walmart about 8-12 minutes from here for any shopping needs or last minute purchases. It also has several restaurant options around there.

This immaculate, nicely appointed home provided a great base for our family gathering. We have stayed in a few other VRBOs in New Albany and are so glad we finally found this one. It is top on our list now. The layout felt spacious on the main floor and provided three comfy bedrooms upstairs (each with additional seating and side tables or small desks unusual in many VRBOs.) The kitchen features a large island and plenty of room for folks milling around and catching up. Research the fun shops and restaurants in the area. They are worth checking out.Christopher was prompt and responsive throughout the whole cycle from booking to checkout. We greatly appreciated his willingness to work with us for a flexible check-in time. It made a huge difference to our group. This was an all-around excellent experience.

Everything was great

No issues at all. The house is lovely (as you can see from the pictures). Communication was great - easy to get in contact with. Would stay with again next time we are in the area!

Perfect location for our vacation. The property is fresh, bright and perfectly decorated to fit the beach theme. Plenty of space for the family to spread out and enjoy the all of the amenities. Kitchen is fully stocked which made cooking a breeze. Tons of bikes, beach chairs and games - we packed our own but didn’t have to use once. Spent my summer growing up in fire island and this is the first time renting a house could not be more pleased. I think our dog wants to go back as well! Already talking about booking for next year

Amazing Stay for the Derby

Christopher's place is situated in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed for the Kentucky Derby and it's only a 20 minute drive to Churchill Downs. We loved the new renovations. The kitchen had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. We loved that each room had a smart TV and plenty of board games for entertainment. The sunroom was a great place to relax in the morning and evening. He is a responsive host. Would recommend his place for future stays and would love to come back.
