There’s a lot to see and do in the Dallas metro area, and this immaculate, family-friendly spot, tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood, is the perfect home base. Lone Star Park is less than five miles away; Six Flags Over Texas and AT&T Stadium are less than 10 miles away, and downtown Dallas attractions await around 20 miles away. Shopping, dining, grocery stores, and other amenities are all just a few minutes’ drive.

At home, spend time relaxing on the patio while the kids play in the fully enclosed yard. Come dinnertime, the gas grill makes for an easy family cookout, and there’s room for everyone to dine alfresco on the patio table.

Inside, the traditional, comfortable space features plush leather couches, perfect for nights at home. In the full, well-equipped kitchen, the chef will find everything they need to whip up mealtime masterpieces, and the whole gang can grab a seat at the adjacent table. Entertainment options include five streaming-capable TVs and free WiFi, and more vacation necessities include central AC and a washer/dryer. At the end of the day, four serene sanctuaries offer a restful night’s sleep, including a primary bedroom with an en suite bath. An idyllic Irving getaway awaits - all that’s left to do is book.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
