The property was clean, comfy and the decor was super cute. Being right on the river was great, we were able to dock our boat and enjoy the river daily. The slide off of the dock was fun for the kids, fenced area was perfect for our dog!

We had an amazing trip. Host was great, house was clean, property was amazing, teenage kids had a blast, and want to come back! Book with confidence! A house this close to the springs is a find!

This area is incredibly special to me because it’s where I was raised and where I now enjoy raising my own family. It’s safe, welcoming, and has a strong sense of community—especially around the Chassahowitzka River. It’s also known as a scalloping hub, drawing people from all over during the season. The views are some of the most beautiful in the world, with crystal-clear springs, hidden caves, and wildlife all around—including manatees that you can often see right from the water. It’s truly perfect for kayaking and enjoying nature at its best.
