1900 square foot home in Austin's Arboretum. Beautiful Hill Country views from two decks. Walk to shopping and restaurants. 10 minutes to downtown and the lakes. Home has two large bedrooms with private baths and half bath downstairs. Master has king bed, 5 piece bath and private Deck. Guest Beddroom has Queen bed and private bath. 2 Workspaces for traveling WFH! Living, dining and large kitchen. Granite, quartz, and travertine upgrades. stainless appliances, large two car garage, hardwood floors, private street. Jacuzzi and pool within meters. Wireless internet, flat screen TV's in Master and living room with satellite Television. Everything you need and very safe and private but close to everything.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
This place have amazing views of the hill country and it nicely finished. It is also so very close to Lake Austin, Downtown, Aboretum and the Domain with the FC club. This stayed booked all the time on Airbnb. But we are trying new platforms at this time. Since the new kitchen deck and king bed, tenants have been extending thier stays. Current one has been there 16 months! I am flexible and can work with you on your needs as I am the broker and the owner. It is a wonderful home away from home with everything you need
