Great spot

Stayed here with my sons that are 12 and 13 and they absolutely loved the games that were available downstairs. The location was great with lots of restaurant options in the area. Communication was great and check in/out was super easy!

Pure Nostalgia and Fun

Our young children loved the arcade games and themed rooms. The area is convenient and quiet. Our host was superb and very easy to communicate with. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us to spread out. We will definitely book again whenever we visit. We got to explain some of the retro items with our kids-super funny explaining how older technology works. It became a little guessing game.

Great Place, Great Location

We were two families (4 adults) with 6 kids between us ages 10-16. The house was great for us! The host was fantastic with communication and taking care of anything that came up. The location was perfect distance for us to enjoy outtings that took us to downtown as well as hikes out at Red Rocks. We highly recommend!

Cousins Trip

Very Nice!!!! The home was very clean and extremely comfortable for 8 ladies. We had plenty of personal space as well as a space to gather. We had a full Itinerary so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but when we did there was plenty to keep us entertained. The basement game room was awesome.The decor is fun and bright. Would definitely stay here when visiting Denver.

Unique home - well kept - maximize the fun!

Great home. Upper level can get a bit warm because of ventilation system. Lower level can get quite cold too. Rooms through the decades makes it fun to look at the art and trinkets around the house. Beds are comfortable. House is clean. Backyard is nicer than I expected - we sat out there drinking coffee in the morning, watching the squirrels play in the trees. The game systems were a hit for the kids and adults!

Family Friendly Home

We brought the whole family to Denver to visit my daughter and her husband who moved here within the last year. We really enjoyed all this house had to offer. There was plenty of room for the whole family. The beds were comfy. There was a bathroom on each level. The themed decades rooms we a fun extra since we had a variety of ages. The projector outside for movies was something we used a lot. The game room had a good variety. The host was very responsive to all our questions and make check in and out easy. The location was good. We did a lot of stuff in the city and the drive was usually 20 minutes or less. Thanks for sharing your home with us!! It helped us make special memories.

New Years Getaway’s

My family LOVED this place. It was 7 adults, 1 teenager, 1 kid and a toddler. The game room was where everyone was at when we were there. Definitely recommend it 100%. Thank you to our host for letting us stay. Communication was the best.

Baseball Weekend

I literally screeched with joy looking at all of the decade details in this home. Each room was perfectly themed and so much fun! They don't include in the description that they also have music and music players in each decade themed room (80's cassette player with a New Kids on the Block!!!) I just loved it. Kitchen was well stocked to cook, grill etc We had a great time! Quiet neighborhood, near lots of restaurants and activities.

Perfect and cozy place to lounge and have fun!

My fiancé and I came to the city for our bachelorette/bachelor party with family. We are a larger group (around 10 of us) so it can be difficult to find a place big enough to accommodate all of us. This place was the perfect size for all of us to hang out and not feel cramped and crammed, not to mention there were two living areas as well as two kitchens that was perfect for all of us! The house was very clean and welcoming with all of the things that we needed for our stay! Our family LOVES to play games. Anything from board games, video games to outdoor games and this house offered it all!! While Foosball was our group’s favorite, we all played The Simpsons and the newly installed Ski ball. Having all of these games available allowed everyone in our group to play together and no one had to wait to play a game! This feature and the fact that the house was large enough to comfortably accommodate all of us sealed the deal! The house was easy to find and is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We spent time at Water World and downtown, and this house was in a good location to get to both areas without having to drive a long time. The owner of the house, Jake, is nice and was very responsive to all of my messages and our needs. I will definitely look to book this place again for any future gatherings with a larger group and will recommend to any of my friends and/or family looking for a clean, fun place to stay while visiting Denver!

Great place to stay with a large group

We had a great experience with this property and property manager. Big enough for our group, we were in Denver for a celebration of life and the house was a great place for us to gather. Had all of the needed amenities, super easy to access.

We are also only a three minute drive to the fantastic Old Towne Arvada. This charming city center is absolutely worth the visit and a great place to grab dinner, drinks, or walk around and browse the shops. We highly recommend it as its truly our favorite place! Well, besides the mountains :).

The house is also centrally located for you to conveniently explore all there is to offer in the Denver Metro area! 12 minutes to RiNo / Lower Downtown (LoDo) / Downtown, 25 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheatre, 15 minutes to front range hiking, 25 minutes to Boulder, 30 minutes to Denver International Airport and only 55 minutes to skiing at Eldora! When you stay with us, you're truly close to everything!

While there are some restaurants and pharmacies within walking distance, the overall location is pretty car-dependent. To get around, we would recommend driving or ride-sharing. We have up to 4 spots for all of your vehicles!

We have an exterior security camera monitoring the side and back of the house as well as a smart doorbell.
