Beautiful house right by hiking trails. Walk 5 minutes and have your morning coffee overlooking the ocean. Then carry on, if you want, for a long or short hike on one of the many nearby trails. It is all literally right outside your door. The house is well appointed - and comfortable. Host is helpful and easy to reach if necessary. Will come again!

This property was so beautiful! Our family consisted of 3 couples and all bedrooms and living areas were large, very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of seating for eating and spending time together. Very clean and well maintained. Tons of amenities. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen for the times we stayed in and cooked. Plenty of dishes / cookware. We were pleasantly surprised by the spices and such that were either provided by the owners and/or left by other guests. Beds were comfortable. Location was great. Quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Brief But Enjoyable

Our family of three stayed at this property for a brief weekend visit and would recommend it highly. The neighbourhood is very quiet, the location is a convenient drive from downtown, and the home has all the comforts and amenities we could ask for. The view from the back deck is especially recommended.

Very well appointed property and kitchen, perfectly situated for dog walks to Signal Hill and to Quidi Vidi village. Ten minute drive to center of St John’s. We would happily stay here again.

A perfect place to stay with a view.

This home was very well equipped, comfortable, spacious and inviting. The location is perfect for those who are visiting St John’s but want to be close to Signal Hill and right in Quidi Vidi village. The view from the upper deck is gorgeous and one can hike to Signal Hill easily and to the Sugar Loaf trail. Beds are comfortable and rooms are lovely.

Serene little paradise

We had a phenomenal stay here. The location is amazing, the house is so well set up and beautiful and we couldn’t get over how beautiful the backyard / porch view was. Such a special way to wake up in the morning. Honestly we wished we had booked this place for our whole stay in St Johns. Jim was super accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here again when we get back to SJ! :)

Lovely and comfy home

The photos of this property don’t do it justice. This property is well stocked and well maintained. It was very comfortable, close to everything you’d want, and the beds and linens were topnotch. In addition, the home offers a lovely view and is super quiet neighborhood.

Absolutely beautiful place! It is located within walking distance of trails and a short drive to downtown St. John's. The view off the back porch is nothing short of stunning. We felt very spoiled. Will definitely book again!

Large house with spectacular view

We enjoyed sipping champagne on the porch and gazing over the beauty of Quidi Vidi Harbour. Excellent location away from the hussle and bussle of the city yet not far away and easily reached by car. Quidi Vidi lake just down the hill provides a long loop for wonderful morning walks. Recommended!
