Serenity Hills is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom estate. The game room has a cushy sectional couch with a queen size sofa bed, a brand new Air Hockey table and a 65 inch TV. You don't have to miss out on the game while you're having fun! Pass through into the abundantly stocked kitchen. You will find both drip and Keurig coffee makers. The cupboards are filled with all of the essentials - just bring your groceries! The dining room table has seating for six guests. A perfect place to enjoy home-cooked meals or get a fun game going with the family. Cuddle up in front of the natural gas fireplace in the great room to watch a show on the cable TV.
All three bedrooms are skillfully decorated. The primary suite has a King size bed, large TV with cable, plenty of storage space for all of your belongings and direct access to the backyard oasis. The en-suite bathroom has dual vanities, an enormous walk in closet, a deep soaking tub, separate shower and water closet. This bathroom also has electric blinds for complete privacy. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have Queen size beds, TVs and ceiling fans and share the second bathroom. There is a desk located in the hallway between the Primary suite and second bedrooms incase your travels are mixed use.
Step outside to find the tranquility and peace that you have been looking for! This space has recently been redesigned. Take a dip in the impressive pool, with optional heating for an addtional charge. Immerse yourself into the spa, or hang out by the gas firepit. Grill out on the propane grill, or order delivery if you don't want to lift a finger! This is the true defintion of outdoor living!
The pool and spa can be heated for $60/night, or choose spa heat only for $25/nt.
Primary Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, garden tub, separate shower and walk-in closet. This bedroom has direct access to the back patio.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV and Ceiling Fan. Shares bathroom 2 with bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV and Ceiling Fan. Shares bathroom 2 with bedroom 2.
Amenities ~
Free Wifi for the duration of your stay. All of the TV's in this home are smart TV's and will stream your favorite apps. This home has cable television in the great room and in the primary suite.
Community Amenities ~
Guests have access to the Red Mountain Ranch community amenities which include picnic areas, a playground, a basketball court, a volleyball court and two pickleball courts. No reservations necessary, all community amenities are first come, first serve.
Location ~
Conveniently located in the upscale golf community of Red Mountain Ranch with hiking trails, walking and bike paths just steps from the front door. Minutes from AZ-202. Just 25 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and 20 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport. The neighborhood is close to restaruants and shopping, as well as a variety of cultural and educational activities. Don't forget to check out the Salt River and our favorite lakes: Canyon and Saguaro.
Parking ~
Parking is limited to two cars, there are two driveway spaces available along with one space in the garage. The HOA is very strict and does not allow trailers, commercial vehicles or RV's of any kind. The HOA does not allow street parking for any duration.
Important: To finalize your reservation, before you arrive you will be asked to complete our rental agreement and guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Noise Policy ~
Red Mountain Rentals enfoces good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. All outdoor speakers and TV's must be turned off between the hours of 10PM and 8AM. Violation of this rule will result in removal from the home without refund.
Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine.
Pet Policy ~
This is a pet-free home. No pets are permitted under any circumstance.
Smoking Policy ~
This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is prohibited in the entire premesis. No smoking, vaping or using e-cigarettes of any kind are permitted inside or outside of the property under any circumstances. Violating this will result in the guest being fully liable for any damage resulting from it.
Damage Policy ~
Guests are required to purchase a Damage Insurance Policy through Rental Guardian at the time of booking.
Guests will be charged for any and all damage not covered by the Rental Guardian Insurance Policy and/or any damage deductibles for covered items by the Rental Guardian Damage Insurace Policy purchased at the time of reservation.
Reservation Payments ~
50% of the total reservation is due at the time of booking
Payment in full is due and will be automatically charged 30 days from arrival date.
Cancellation Policy ~
Reservations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled at 14 or less days before arrival will not receive a refund. Total reservation payment will be forfeited. Early departure or shortened stay does not warrant a refund.
Security Cameras ~
All of our homes have security cameras installed on the front of the garage, facing the street. These cameras are the property of Red Mountain Rentals. There may be additional security cameras on the front of the property (such as Ring Doorbells or cameras monitoring the side gate enterance) as well that are maintained by the homeowner. Neither the homeowner or Red Mountain Rentals has installed any security cameras in the backyard or inside of the home. Tampering with any security camera may result in removal from the home without refund.
