About this space
Welcome to East Hickory 1044.
One Bedroom/One Full bath with tub-shower combination, living room, desk, with Smart TV and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare awesome meals. Washer & Dryer in unit. Dedicated driveway for your apartment is not shared with others. Located near Catawba Valley Med. Ctr, Frye Regional Med. Ctr, LRU, Downtown Hickory & shopping.
The space
We furnished this unit like we would if we were living there. Very comfortable & sturdy furniture. Comfortable mattress, super soft linens, white sheets & towels for easy disinfecting wash. Relax when you arrive and enjoy the pantry stocked with some food, snacks, coffee & different types of teas. New as of March 2023: Refrigerator & full size range. New as of January 2023: black out curtains In bedroom, LVP flooring in bath, interior paint, Smart TV, rugs, LED light fixtures & linens. Other things you will love: tilt-in windows, designated driveway for each unit & large back yard. Neighborhood: sidewalks and close to Lenoir Rhyne University and 2 local hospitals.

Each unit in this duplex has their own driveway, private entrance to private apartment with washer & dryer.
Other things to note
The duplex is very clean and we strive for excellence. Please keep this in mind as you consider this unit. Quiet hours are very important in a duplex. Please be considerate of the guest in the other unit. Ear buds are encouraged if you prefer loud music/TV. Parties and social events are not allowed so that every guest has a very restful and relaxing stay.

Great locally owned restaurants, breweries & wine bars
Enjoy the outdoors at the many parks, Lake Hickory, City of Hickory City Walk/River Walk
Local entertainment includes Hickory Community Theatre & The Green Room
Local sports includes the Crawdads baseball & LR University

We furnish all of our rentals with what we love. We have a rule “we won’t rent a place we wouldn’t live in”. We make our rentals exactly the way we would want if we stayed there permanently.
