SO much more than we expected
Staying here was the best vacation Susan and I have ever had.
We picked this place on vrbo without really knowing anything about it except what was listed on the site.
The listing did not do it justice, It was clean and stocked with EVERYTHING we needed for our month stay. We were expecting all the “normal” things to be there.. not only was everything we need there but also beach chairs ,beach umbrella , cooler, bicycles , cleaning supplies, laundry soap, dishwasher soap,and binoculars to view all the ships and the launches from the space center nearby.
After a long drive there is was so nice to fine everything we needed and did not have to run right out to get any supplies.
My brother stopped by for a visit and when he walked in he said “WOW you guys got the penthouse”. This place and the view were stunning.
The owners live in the building and are as “hands on” as you want. If you want to be left alone …no problem.. BUT if you do not know Cocoa beach please ask them. They will lead you to the best restaurants and “things to do in town”.
Overall this was a great place and great location to stay.
The owners were perfect hosts and we are looking to book it again next year.
