We’re delighted to hear you thoroughly enjoyed your stay and found the property beautiful, well-maintained, and in the perfect location within walking distance of downtown Canmore. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the check-in information. We provide all guests with their complete check-in instructions, including the unit number, two days prior to arrival. We’re sorry you were unable to locate the email, but we’re glad a quick phone call allowed us to resolve the issue promptly and get you settled in without further delay. Thank you for your kind recommendation. We truly appreciate it and would be very happy to welcome you back again anytime!

The condo was an excellent choice. The view of the mountains was outstanding and the location was perfect for walking to most everything in Canmore. The traveling distance to Banff and other sites was convenient. The condo itself was wonderful for our group of 6 adults and one toddler. The only minor suggestions I would make would be a more accurate description of the underground parking. It was bit confusing as to parking. Go past the underground hotel parking and head to the back to get to it.When doing the security code add # to the combination….hey I’m old.

Great location for a great property

It is a condo in a managed building. It has all of the comforts of home with some of the convience you come to expect from a hotel. The only downside was trying to schedule the hot tub during peak hours but even that was pretty straightforward and we didn't have any issues.

Love this place and the location!

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Outside spaces had lovely views of the surrounding mountains. So easy to walk to downtown Canmore. We also took advantage of the coffee shop in the hotel next door and explored the other cute stores in the neighborhood. The boardwalk by the creek was so relaxing and enjoyable to walk on! My whole family loved this stay. We were also really glad we chose Canmore instead of Banff- way less crowded but offered plenty of good restaurants and shops and access to the surrounding national park areas!
