Welcome to our recently renovated, stunning beach house nestled in the exclusive gated community of Destiny East. This residence offers an ideal blend of professionalism and warmth, ensuring your stay is both comfortable and inviting.

Step into the open floor-plan living space, perfect for entertaining a crowd. The chef's kitchen and expansive outdoor patio with a large pool set the stage for memorable gatherings. The home boasts new furnishings, fixtures, hardwoods, paint, carpeting, and a fully equipped kitchen. With nine flat screens, an outdoor wet bar, and numerous amenities, every detail has been carefully curated.

Featuring 6 bedrooms and a bunking area, the house is designed for spacious living. The large pool and deck can accommodate your guests nicely, providing an excellent space for entertaining. For added convenience, 2 complimentary 6-seater, street-legal golf cart in the garage awaits to whisk you to the beach in less than 2 minutes.

The two-story abode exudes charm and simplicity. On the first floor, a cozy King bedroom is complemented by a half bath across the hall and a full bath adjacent to the room. An additional half bath near the garage adds to the ease of living.

Venture upstairs to find a modest charm in the second-floor accommodations. A snug Queen bed connects to a bathroom through a pocket door, while a central bathroom provides accessibility to the main hallway. The next room features two king-sized beds and a twin over-full-sized bunk, each with access to a master bath. Between these rooms, a straightforward full bath serves its purpose.

Two bedrooms with Queen beds share a bathroom, offering simple convenience. The King bedroom on this floor has easy access to one of the hallway baths. An additional sleeping area beckons with two Full full-sized beds and one Twin bed, providing a restful retreat for all.

Your rental also includes complete access to the $4M clubhouse just steps away, featuring a pool, tennis, gym/spa, jacuzzi, playground, mini-movie theatre, and more.


Please be aware of our minimum age requirement of 25+, and we kindly request no pets. For Summer/Spring Break stays, a minimum of 7 nights (Saturday - Saturday) is required, while a 3-night minimum applies year-round. Okay But Not Great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property over the winter break for 7 nights. The pros were: responsive management company, overall felt clean with fresh bedding and towels, great location with nice amenities (two golf carts, close to clubhouse and fitness center, short distance to beach). The cons were: we paid a significant amount to have the pool heated which was not ready upon our arrival and then we later found out, was not being treated with proper chlorine and other chemical treatments. Even after we asked and notified management about this issue, it was never properly fixed before we left and we stopped allowing the children to swim in the pool because of this. I understand it's the off-season, but we expect that if a heated pool is offered as a paid amenity, it should be up to standards that would be provided during the peak season. The house feels a little worn (mattresses too soft, carpets worn) but overall served our purposes fine. We weren't looking for an upscale space on this trip and rather a comfortable house that could comfortably house multiple families, a large pool for the kids and convenient access to the beach.

This was a great place to stay. It had everything we could have imagined needing for adults and children. The two golf carts were a bonus. The pool is bigger than most and very nice. The location is absolutely perfect. It is very close to the clubhouse and both entrance gates. The inside was a great setup with plenty of room for everyone. Very easy check in and communication with our hosts. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come.

The house was great. Large enough for everyone in our group. The back yard and pool were great. We had a couple of small issues but they were quick to respond and got someone out to fix the issues fast. Really nice neighborhood and super close to the beach.

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the easy access provided by two golf carts. When not at the beach, we were enjoying the pool at the house. The community center provided fun, for Pickleball players as well as using the pool and the workout room. Any issues we had were taken care of promptly and with friendly easy to work with people.We would completely recommend this to anyone wanting to have lots of family fun in the Florida sun and at the beach.

Perfect girls week

Beautiful large home that gave our party of 7 women our own room and space. Pool area had plenty of seating / lounging in the sun. Golf carts were useful when we went to the beach. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. Definitely worth the money spent.

Another Year in Destin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home comfortably slept ten of us. There is ample space for people to gather in the kitchen, living room and dining room. Every item needed in the kitchen was there and functionally. Plenty of silverware and other utensils as well. The pool area: unfortunately, we had issues with the pool almost daily. The management company was responsive and generally had someone on location either the next day or that very day to tend to the issues. There were a few hours we were not able to utilize the pool but used that time to go elsewhere and explore. The spa is not a hot tub. That was a little confusing for us. It was almost more of a hassle for spa heating/pool heating but the technician did help adjust that. The decking around the pool is in need of replacement in some areas and a few stubbed toes on some boards occurred but nothing warranting Purple Hearts. Having the small outside fridge was nice! I do suggest maybe a larger fridge in the garage as ten people eating at the house can stock a lot of food and beverages. The HOA is extremely strict. Our vehicle was backed up to where the rear tire was hanging over the edge of the drive. Not off but over and a 50.00 ticket was assigned. It would be nice to have a book to thumb through regarding maybe the intricacies of the HOA. And no, you cannot argue the ticket. No warning is given. The downstairs bedroom is the only room with its own bathroom. Other rooms upstairs share. Overall though, good place. Likely will look for other homes for our trip next year.

Reviewer Comments: This was the house of horror, the first day the pool was a mess, the air conditioning didn’t work properly until almost the last day, the power to the house was messed up and someone had to come figure it out, the big bathroom upstairs had a toilet issue, the pool alarm on the doors didn’t work and one was hanging off the wall when we walked in, the house had not been cleaned, all the little girls had black feet from walking on the floor the first day! Ridiculous problems for the price of the house for the week! Very disappointed!

The house was great, kitchen was nice, pool was amazing, golf carts were perfect! The downsides I had were the living areas. None of the rooms had their own bathroom. The master bedroom had a 1/2 bath and a full bath, however it was inside of the bedroom. All other bathrooms were shared between the rooms. The living room was very small and not accommodating for 20 people. The outside area was small, but pretty private. We had a few minor issues during our stay, and the customer service was amazing and fast! The pool was very hot, but that is expected in July. The TV channels were terrible. The master bedroom especially. I would recommend bringing your own firestick to watch tv. All in all it was a great place to stay. I would definitely go back to this house, but with a lot less people. 3 of the beds were in the hallway. Pictures do not do them justice. It looks like they are part of a room, but they are just at the top of the stair in an open area.

The rental company was very quick to respond to a couple questions during our stay. The neighborhood the home is in is very nice and close to the beach. There are loads of beach toys for the kids to enjoy. Something that I would recommend being added to the home would be an ice maker. We had to make numerous runs to the store for more ice. That is really the only downside our group noticed. Other than that, we had a terrific experience!

Property was just like pictures. Jamie was fantastic and always helpful and responsive. We did run out of fridge room but if you plan accordingly for a big family or plan to eat out a lot it shouldn't be an issue. Great space, close to beach and great company-had a maintenance issue and they were on it right away. 10/10 and would definitely go back.

There were stains on the carpet upstairs, two of the bathroom doors had no locks, the Television in one of the bedrooms had no reception, the rack, for the dishwasher was missing rollers, making it difficult to load and unload the dishes, the pool pump was leaking, creating possible water damage. At the time of arrival we noticed there was not enough silver for all the quests

The rental call staff responded promptly with all service calls. Using the golf cart was terrific. (Do not go fast to save battery). Staying this close to the beach is well worth it. The clubhouse only being 3 houses away is another plus that needs to be emphasized. Overall, our group would look to stay here again. If we did come back, we would hope to see the following changes:-House plan layout for better planning for tenants-Hot water to the jack/jill shower-More detailed instructions of how to operate pool functions-DVD player-Additional fridge in garage to accommodate for larger group groceries-Labeled recycle/trash cans in garage

Wonderful for a big family!!

Attention to detail like alarms in case you have toddlers. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms and a VERY well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room to sit down for a meal and for hanging out together in the living area or on the deck. The golf cart was a game changer! 10 minute WALK to the beautiful beach at James Lee Park. 5 min in the golf cart.The main attraction was the service from the folks at Glass Casa! Anything we needed from off site parking for extra cars to a new vacuum when we needed one was only a text or phone call away. (literally, we told them the vacuum was not working and they asked what type we wanted and went to the store and bought us a brand new one. Who does that?)I highly recommend not just this house, but anything you rent from Glass Casa! If I could give a higher number than 5 for the last question about the company I would!!!

Perfect Vacation

From pots, pans, beach chairs even wagons for your kids! The pool is warm so you wouldn’t worry weather it rain or shine! The porch backyard has the perfect hang-out design including its bar with entertainment. This is the best house so far I have ever stayed! So even the weather is not as bright & sunny! It’s still the best experience! Not to forget great staff who assisted us all thru this vacation to make it possible! Kudos to the team! Will definitely book again!
