July 2018 Stay

Very clean and homey atmosphere for our family vacation! Loved the view from the balcony. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, and the bedrooms were large and we all had room to live for a week. Pool was wonderful! Beach of course stunning! Great stay in our rental.

Can't wait to go back

This condo was just as we pictured it. The bedrooms were very large and we had an incredible view from the balcony. Even my husband who never wants to go the same place twice is talking about booking this condo again next year. The neighborhood is great. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The resort even had a post-Christmas potluck on the 26th. It was great talking with other guests and getting ideas of things to do and see. The office staff was very helpful. They even called some of the other resorts they are affiliated with to find a specific item I needed.

Great Location

Location is excellent, view is awesome. Furniture is very nice. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Needed more utensils in the kitchen. No spoon without holes and knifes are dull. DW soap holder didn't always open. A few spices and oil would have been a welcomed addition. Paper towels not provided. Just minor inconveniences but we are used to having them when we rent a condo or apartment.

They did updates on it when we came it’s gorgeous even tho it was my husband and I fir 3 weeks than my children and grandkids came for 10 days I prefer to stay in this unit even if they can’t make it we still stay in it cuz we love it so much

What a week!!!!!

Reviewer Comments: Great room, great weather, great location etc. only down fall was room 242 was full of unsupervised kids running all over banging on our door and running the halls even prank calling out room phone. Security calmed them down July 3/4 but every other day it was crazy. I never even seen a parent. I spoke to office when I checked out and they said they don’t manage that unit it was a rental. Kids will be kids but this was uncalled for they could careless when we ask them to stop. Other vacationers on our floor even ask us if they were our kids so obviously they heard the running and screaming.

The view of the beach was amazing along with the perfect sunsets every night. The condo was beyond comfortable. We spent our days on the beautiful beach and walked across the street to Johns Pass every night for dinner. Check-in was so easy and the staff was extremely friendly! We would definitely stay here again!

Has to clean my own room

Reviewer Comments: So excited to stay here for our girls trip we walked in the place was a little dirty looks like the carpet has not been vacuumed and God knows how long we spent a few hours sanitizing and wiping everything down slider was dirty and touch points were all dirty crud around kitchen cabinet doors hallway was very disgusting the entire time we were there nobody ever vacuumed the hallway! Elevator was disgusting and got more dirty as the time went by never was cleaned very disappointed we also try to get a late check out just a hour or two and me or told we needed to get out pretty sad we have stayed here before and we actually loved it very disappointed

The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. The living room, dining area and kitchen were filled with natural light and had very nice furniture and decorations. The check in experience was good, but when we checked out, the woman who took the keys was rude when we mentioned some things that should be looked at in the unit. All in all it was a relaxing vacation.

Perfect Spot for our Family Vacation

We loved our stay here for our family vacation! Close to the beach, food, and entertainment for all ages! We loved having the heated pool as an option as well. Would be nice to have a few more things for the beach in the room as we had to buy towels, chairs, and things to sit on but I understand that can be hard to keep on hand sometimes. But overall it was an amazing week and we would definitely recommend it to others and even stay here again!

Not as advertised

We originally booked surf song resort property but when arrived where very concerned by the Conditions and cleanliness of the property as we walked around waiting for our room to be ready. The pool area was full of trash and other debris. The property was very run down. From the listing, we believed there to be a washer and dryer in room, only to learn we would have to use coin laundry down the hall. From the exterior of the property, we were afraid to even enter the room. The property managers were very accommodating and took our extra payment to move next door to crimson. We were satisfied there other than the fact that the dryer was not working from the time we came and when reported we then spent the week dealing with multiple repair men coming in and out, only to be told it could not be fixed and we had to stop using it after all week of disturbances in our trip having to deal with calls and workers coming in. Very disappointing since this was one of the main reasons we paid more to switch properties. There are also several significant fire safety hazards at this property.
