Perfect for what we needed

My brother and I just needed a place to stay near downtown for a quick visit, and this little guest house was perfect for this. Everything was clean and cozy. I also really enjoyed the easy walkability of this area.

Very clean, well-appointed space. Had everything we needed and the A/C was able to keep up with the Denver heat, which was critical. Elizabeth responded to my questions immediately. Easy to drive to Botanical Garden and museums.

Great Stay with Parking!

Aside from a few technical things (bathroom toilet paper and towel rods not attached properly) this was a PERFECT place!! Super nice owners and close to all the essentials and non-essentials ;)

Easy peasy

No interaction with host- only because everything was as advertised and there were no issues at all! Great neighborhood, close to walk to or drive places, easy access to neighboring towns! Would definitely come back here.

Cute Stay on S. Broadway

We enjoyed several days at this cute spot. It was nice to have parking included and be able to walk to several coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We used it as a home base for exploring Denver, Boulder, and Colorado Springs. Lots of thoughtful extras included by the host. We would stay again if we were in the area.

The rental is super clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is great- just off Broadway where you can walk to so many stores/restaurants and bars. The owner responds to emails very quickly. Only downside is the stairs to the entrance. Definitely will stay there again!

Wonderful Stay

Our stay here was fabulous! Elizabeth was very responsive to our requests and it worked well for our visit to Denver. You need to follow the directions because it is a little tricky when you first arrive. After that we found it to be a great location. The bed was very comfortable and the place very clean!

This property was really well located for our purposes. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Centrally.located for visiting things we wanted to do in Denver. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Just quirky enough to have character.

Great location

My cousin and I went to Denver for a concert. The two bedroom one bath was perfect for us. Super cute place! Numerous restaurants in walking distance. I highly recommend BurnDown. It was so good that we ate there twice. Host responded immediately. Highly recommend this property!

Devine Denver Apartment

Super clean, upgraded, comfortable and convenient location to restaurants. Loved the off road parking. Felt very secure! Minutes away from down town Denver. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend others do too!
