Sail away to this ideally located, oceanfront Hawaiian condo! Here, you'll be just a few steps away from the beach, so be sure to bring your favorite bathing suit so you can splash around in the pristine water. You'll also be within walking distance of incredible eateries and shops so you can live it up in style! Hotspots like Magic Sands Beach Park, Kahalu’U Beach Park, and Kaloko-Honokōhau National Historical Park are all less than five miles from your front door.

After you've had a wonderful time out on the town, relax in the on-site hot tub with your friends. You can also jump in the on-site pool for a refreshing swim, then head back to your condo and continue to enjoy gorgeous views of the ocean. As evening nears, fire up the gas grill and watch the stars as they make their dazzling appearance.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Incredible view and great location

We loved this place. The patio faces the ocean just feet away with a great view. Beaches and downtown are in walking distance. The condo has everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Great location

The property was as described and meet my expectations. The waterfront location was very nice, I enjoyed watching and listening to the ocean during my entire stay. I would stay here again. The combination for the lock provided was for the actual doorknob lock assembly.

2 Weeks in Kona

Great spot. Great location. Walking distance to everything. Also great location for runners. Beautiful view. Nice pool. Never had a problem finding loungers. Highly recommend.

Very nice location

Older property but super location and well maintained. Great access to nearby beach and terrific views. Helpful in summer to be on the first floor in Hawaii in units without AC. Great place to stay.

Beautiful sunset view!

This condo was clean and the owner gave easy instructions to locate and how to check in. Loved the view from the patio. We watched the sun go down from there every evening. Would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular View

True ocean front provided great view of surf, surfers and sunsets. Great restaurants were within a 5 minute walk.

Best view on the Kona coast

This unit is sublimely located. The view is everything one wants when planning a HI trip. Pool in complex is nice, with an adjacent hot tub and grill area. It is located a mile or so out of downtown Kona, so near to but not stuck in the middle of things. It is nice to have full kitchen and bathroom is decent. A couple or parents with 1-2 kids would have a fabulous time using this as a home base for exploring the big island.Some of my favorite memories of my whole trip at sitting on the lanai in the morning watching boats,outriggers, swimmers, etc go by in the distance. One day I even saw a a group of dolphins. Sunsets are magical too.

This is a true oceanfront property and the lanai is just steps away from the water. The place is clean and well kept. Within walking distance to everything in Kona, this makes things super convenient and hassle free.

Our second stay at Kona reef was great again! We loved the views and peaceful atmosphere. The unit is well stocked and comfortable with cozy bedding and exceptional cleanliness. An easy walk into the village. An excellent choice for those who just want to relax and enjoy the natural beauty.

As advertised. Ocean is only 25 yards from the ground floor porch. Though the unit is old it was very clean. Overhead light in living area pull chain was broken so no light. Location is great. I would stay again

A Little Slice of Paradise

I honestly cannot say enough about my stay at this property. The condo itself was very nice and clean and the property owner was very attentive and communicated everything well. Above all else though is the location as you really couldn’t ask for a better location with a perfect view of the sunset every night. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I already cannot wait to come back!

Great Ocean Views and Sounds

We loved our proximity to the ocean, but wish it was a bit safer to leave the sliders open at night so we could hear the ocean in the back bedroom better. A few homeless folks had a little too much access to the area just over our wall
