An elevator takes you to your condo that sleeps four: Two in the CA king size bedroom and two more on a new memory foam sofa in the living room. Recent renovations and an abundance of sunshine make this condo bright and cheerful. Tropical wood grains and gorgeous granite countertops highlight the kitchen where you'll find everything you need. Perfect location close to all things Kona. The beach is right next to the condo and there is a good supply of beach items, chairs, umbrella, and cooler. The condo is spotless, the bed is comfortable, and the sunsets are perfect.

Great location, nicely decorated and updated condo. Mattress is pretty soft and worn but otherwise we loved our stay here. Plenty of spices etc for basic cooking. Clean grounds. Hon'l Beach is right next door, which was perfect.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect. Ocean view, quick walk to town. No problem with parking. We loved hearing the waves. We never used the pool, but meant to. It looked great!Modern updates (new washer/dryer, smart TVs, dishwasher, etc). Spacious. Respectably stocked pantry, very well stocked kitchen utensils. They even have an instapot! I didn't love the bed, but I'm picky. Also the water pressure is pretty terrible, but if a low pressurer shower stops you from staying here, that's just silly!! We would love to come back soon!

Great Waterfront Condo

Great stay by the ocean

Great location and views! We love the location of Kona Reef and this unit had everything you need for a perfect vacation. Nice comfortable bed, snorkel gear and coolers, and nice chairs on the lanai to watch the beautiful sunsets.

Great location & view

The property as you drive up is very unassuming but the unit is updated, clean & has a great ocean front view. The management was very accommodating too. Highly recommended!

Condo is in great location, clean and furnished well. Living room can use fan, had to use a/c to get cross breeze. Will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay on The Big Island. The condo provided a great base for us to explore the area. We loved that there were two aircons in the condo…and a lovely sea view! Perfect. We didn’t use the pool or any facilities, so we can’t comment on that! We greatly appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels, and having a washer-dryer in the unit was very handy. I just noted that there is some road noise, but it didn’t impact our sleep too much.

Beautiful View

This is our 4th time staying at Kona Reef & the first time in F-22. All the comforts of home. Nice two air conditioners. Beach accessories & plenty of towels. This is a great location and a beautiful view overlooking the pool.

Amazing location

This unit was everything and more! Clean, beautifully decorated, the AC was ice cold and the bed was so comfy after a long day of shopping and dining just down the street. We will be staying again! Don't hesitate, if this place is available book it!

Best VRBO Ever!

This was a fantastic condo. Gorgeous views, thoughtfully stocked and decorated...it had everything we needed (and more!). I will definitely stay here again if I ever return to the island. This was the best VRBO experience I have ever had (and the pictures don't actually do it justice!)

Wonderful condo

Great place to stay walking distance to shops and restaurants. Condo updated with nice furniture and everything needed for cooking. Great ocean view with nice pool. Highly recommend

Amazing accommodations

This property can’t be beat! Everything from the location, vibe, and all the accommodations will have us coming back! Set up for everything you need and an amazing pull out couch where you don’t have to mess with pillows. Bed was comfortable and I loved all the special touches with decor.

Beautiful Ocean View Condo Getaway

Loved your little condo, a perfect place for two. Ocean views were amazing to wake up to and wind down with a cocktail and dinner. Walking distance to town center, shopping and so many good restaurants. Owner communication was exceptional. Thank you again for a wonder stay.
