Spread over two stories, this condo boasts a range of modern amenities that are designed to make your beach vacation a breeze. The first floor offers an open-plan layout that seamlessly blends the living and dining areas. Whip up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, stove/oven, coffee maker, full stainless-steel refrigerator, toaster, blender, and basic cooking and dinnerware. Enjoy your meals at the kitchen island, which comes complete with three bar stools, or at the cozy café table with two chairs.

The adjacent living room beckons you to unwind on the comfortable sofa, loveseat, and chair, while the flat-screen smart TV provides endless entertainment options. The living room also features a sliding glass door that leads out to your private patio, which boasts ample seating space, a patio table with an umbrella, a private outdoor shower, and easy access to the washer and dryer. A half bath completes the first floor's amenities.

Upstairs, you'll find the primary bedroom outfitted with a king bed, smart flat-screen TV, and a spacious closet with a dresser. The second bedroom features a full bed and a twin bed, smart flat-screen TV, and closet. The second floor also has a full bathroom with a shower.

We were welcomed by pulling into our parking spot with a random email (from someone we’d never spoken to) asking about an Exterminator appointment! We politely declined after going back and forth with the office. We thought it was just our unit, but it was the whole place. Fortunately, the online pictures matched the in person unit. It was enough room for a few adults and a couple kids. The closets have a lot of space, but you may want to bring some of your own hangers. There was bad weather, so the staff had to prepare for the Tropical Storm. They put all of the furniture in the corner of our patio. The pool area was 10 steps from our front door (in unit 1) also we had access from our back patio to the parking lot where are parking space was located. It was very helpful while packing our things and leaving in and out. The beach was literally one block away with a straight path to the beach. At the end of our stay, we had an active hornets nest. I called the office and they said they’d get back to us. Unfortunately, we never heard from them. All in all, we loved the area and the beach was not as crowded as South Myrtle Beach, (even on a Holiday week) which was totally filled with people.

Surprisingly cute place, very comfy!

First time staying here, pleasantly surprised by the unit- very comfy! Only complaint that it was a bit far from “the action” but we aren’t very familiar with area. But would recommend for someone who wants a quiet place without all the big resort hustle-bustle.

We loved this place. It was clean and close to everything. The only issues we had were during the check in the front desk woman at forest dunes was rude an very unhelpful. She didnt even tell us we had assigned parking spots for our unit so another woman came knocking on our door asking us to move. But that wasnt the fault of where we stayed

Wonderful!

It was clean, right across from the beach, great neighbors, and check in/out was seem-less. No elevators to wait on, or crowd of people to deal with. It was the perfect get away, and nestled away in a quite place away from all the commotion, but close enough to get in the middle of it all when wanted. The kids and I had the perfect time. Can’t wait to get back there.

Didn’t stay here

We checked in here, but were very lucky by the manager & got a free upgrade to the Forest Dunes. I’ll say this much, the room was nice at this place. We did walk in & around it.

Nice Family Getaway!

Great house for our family of 5. It was a nice quiet area, great location with everything within minutes. Beach was just around the corner, and the kids loved the pool, we were literally the ones at the pool. When I first booked the place, it felt too good to be true from the pictures of the place and the affordable price. There were no reviews at the time either, then saw a few review sometime after booking. I started to second guess our decision but it turned out great! We would definitely book here again!

Great Family Vacation Spot

This place was great and had everything what was described in the hosts info! We flew in and this place was about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport! No beach view but we didn’t mind, beach was a short walk away! 2 great size bedrooms (with 3 beds) for a small family with a TV In both! Good size living area with a big TV and a good size kitchen as well! Great stay for my family of 4! Also has a washer and dryer! Easy access to restaurants and family entertainment! I recommend Kirks Ice Cream shop at night to finish a hot day! Oatmeal Cream Pie was a hit! Only thing that bugged me was the check in! Took a while to be taken care of but the lady that took care of us was super helpful! She was doing all sorts of things on her own so I couldn’t blame her! Anyways our stay was great! I do recommend this place!

Porcher Villas

We had a great stay. The property is definitely a little dated but still great. The complex is very small and quiet, which is as perfect for us. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and everything was in working order. We rarely had to share the pool. We loved the back deck area and parking situation the most (there’s a spot right next to the back deck). It’s close to everything with very little traffic. The only things that I would mention is that the shower is really small and the back deck gate is falling off, making it hard to use. Neither of these things impacted our stay in any way. We would definitely book again.

Great place!

We loved this place! It was comfortable and clean. Perfect location for the beach.The office didn't know the wifi password but we ended up finding it on the back of the box.
