Beach Vaca, Fun in the Sun

“Uncle Ron’s” amazing beach house is the perfect family vacation destination! Whether just a couple or more, this house is set up for functionality & fun. Walk just over a block to beach access w/ provided beach gear, have fun playing arcade games, or relax on the comfy furniture. The kitchen is setup to cook entire meals or you can enjoy the many restaurants that IRB has to offer. Plenty of living space both indoors & out, so make this your home base when you’re not enjoying our famous beach!

This bright and beachy house is the front half of a duplex, where the whole front yard and patio is yours! Walk in through the dining room/sun room that has seating 7 and breakfast bar. Next is the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and plenty of kitchen/cookware. The living room is wide open with an oversized sofa (pullout), loveseat and a big screen tv. The bathroom and two bedrooms are down the hall. The primary room features a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a twin/full bunk.
- Pets are dogs only. 35 pound weight limit and must be well behaved, completely house broken, no chewing or excessive barking. No pets on furniture. Any damage will be charged above and beyond the pet fee
- There is absolutely NO smoking or vaping permitted in the home or common areas.
- Please wipe down or rinse beach equipment before bringing it back inside.
- Two parking spaces provided on the south driveway; No street parking, No parking adjacent to right of way
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.

TO 7:00 AM ON THE DAY OF SERVICE & SHALL BE REMOVED FROM
THE CURB BY 7:00 PM THE DAY OF SERVICE

SEA TURTLES ARE PROTECTED ON ALL PINELLAS COUNTY BEACHES.
NON-TURTLE FRIENDLY OUTSIDE LIGHTS SHOULD BE TURNED OFF AT
DUSK. CLOSE DRAPES TO SHADE INTERIOR LIGHTING. DO NOT TOUCH OR
HARASS SEA TURTLES OR NESTS.
