Completely remodeled!
Enjoy this beachfront condo overlooking beautiful sunsets. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath sleeps 7 people comfortably. Inside the unit, there’s a full-sized washer and dryer, a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi internet, 3 TV’s with cable and streaming capabilities. Enjoy easy access to a private swimming pool and spa that’s sure to please. You’ll love the cute indoor/outdoor living area which includes a reading nook, pool table, and TV for entertainment. There’s pool floats, toys and pool chairs available for your use as well as a Weber BBQ grill. A studio apartment (Beach Bungalow) is available for an additional rental fee and a cleaning fee. This space includes 1 bedroom/living room and 1 newly renovated bathroom with shower for 2 additional guests to stay. Sunsets and views are nothing short of memorable. Beautiful pool table and outdoor kitchen/living space to enjoy! Book your reservation today at Bel Sole! 4 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED.
*Walking distance to delicious ice cream at the Kooky Coconut.
* Walking distance to Lulu’s Oyster Bar and Tap House, Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, and Guppy’s on the Beach plus many more eateries.
*Less than 3 mile drive to CVS pharmacy, Mike’s Pizza and Publix Grocery store as well as bakeries, gas stations, etc.
*Approximately a half mile to Indian Rocks Beach Boat rentals and Nekton Surf Shop renting paddle boards, bicycle, kayaks, surf boards and skin boards.
*We have a pack and play and a high chair available for use!

We traveled with our almost two year old and the grandparents. Location, view, and amenities can't be beat. Gianna was communicative and quick to answer our questions!We used the pool every day, and caught every sunset. It was so nice having beach chairs, towels and toys all available. Loved that the property had a high chair, too. One note is that the sound from the unit above can be quite loud, especiay when you're in the thick of toddler bedtime negotiations! Would absolutely book again!

Girls Trip

The place was wonderful! Better than described! Gianna responded immediately if I had a question or any concerns. The place had everything we needed. The outdoor kitchen area was the best part. There was a refrigerator so we didn’t even have to run up the steps to get anything once we were out for the day. And my oh my the sunsets were immaculate. Will definitely be returning.

The perfect beach house!! We enjoyed every day spent by the pool & beach. Enjoyed every evening starting with the most beautiful sunsets. The house has everything you could possibly need. There is a trolley that runs from St. Pete to Clearwater which was a really nice option. Can't wait to go back!
