Enchanted Retreat with Yard

Christy rented a studio that was not ready due to the previous guest's extensive damage. So I offered her an upgrade to a 2 bedroom at the same price. She got in and liked it until 2 days later she stated she changed her mind and in the same breath told me I needed to negotiate a longer stay at an even more discounted price. There was no mention of any problems. This behavior seemed very odd. I told her that I would only honor the month she booked and would have to find another place after that. She left the place infested with fleas from her dog and a bucket under the sink with water in it which she allowed to leak and cause damage. She never told me she had a leak, which we would have fixed immediately. Christy took the key with her when she left. She was hopping from place to place and now I know why. We got a pest spray service and had a plumber fix the leak under the sink.
