• Bedroom 1 – King bed, sleeps 2, ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 2 – Double bed + Twin Bunk beds, sleeps 3–4, ensuite bathroom
• Total guest capacity: Sleeps 6 (4 adults max)

• Beach Gear: Complimentary beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and boogie boards.
• Dog-Friendly: 1 small to medium non-shedding dog (25 lbs or less) allowed with fee. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals without Coast approval.
• Top bunk is intended for children only.
• San Diego Airport flight path may produce minor airplane noise (quiet hours from 11:30 PM to 6:30 AM).
• Shared laundry room onsite—coin-operated machines (quarters not provided).
