Located just off Rehoboth Ave near the canal, park in one of two dedicated spaces and walk or bike to everything Rehoboth has to offer. Condo offers 1 king, 1 queen, 2 full baths, laundry facilities, 3 smart TVs, deck with dining. This 3rd floor corner unit provides plenty of privacy and abundant sunlight. The popular complex offers a picnic area with grills, safe bike storage, and a clean, friendly, uncrowded swimming pool with restrooms, tables and lounge chairs. The complex also backs up to the popular local spots Revelation Brewing Company, West Rehoboth Creative Market, and Stop and Go Taco as well as bordering the Lewes-Henelopen bike trail. Great place!

Nice central location to the beach, boardwalk, bike trail, and outlets. Hosts were wonderful and quick to respond to questions or concerns. Perfect for a family vacation!

Enjoyed our stay - great location

Our family of four had a great time and everyone stayed nice and cool during the summer heat. AC for the unit was fantastic with an easy thermostat for adjustments - we also enjoyed the pool throughout the week. Descriptions in the listing were on point and checkin was simple with the host providing a door code prior to arrival.

Spacious Condo in Rehoboth

We had a nice stay. The condo was a great size for our family of 4. Very clean and it was great to have a washer and dryer. It was farther than we realized, so it was not walkable to the beach/Rehoboth Ave for our family.

My only problem was probably my own fault. I did not read I had to supply my own sheets and at any other VRBO I rented I never had to bring towels, and personal bathroom/shower amenities. I prefer that ALL items be there!!

This property exceeded our expectations. Check in went smooth. Property was ready when we arrived. We were provided a code for the front door. The only worry I had was that the bottom knob had a keyhole for a key to lock it from the outside that was not provided. We were careful not to lock the bottom knob when going out. The code lock did provide adequate protection. Very clean upon arrival. Beds were comfortable. Host provided a few extras like toilet paper, dish soap, even coffee which I forgot to bring so that was a life saver. Condo is in a quite spot just off the main road that leads few short minutes to the beach. Description and pictures provided by host are accurate. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay and enjoy some family time. Hope to book again soon!

Mediocre stay

We came here on a couples trip. The other couple got there before we did (after check in time) and said they had to wait outside for about 45mins before they could get inside. They had a very difficult time getting in touch with the host and when they got in touch with them, the host gave the wrong parking information and was rude. When we got inside, there was hair/mold in one of the showers. Additionally the beds were very uncomfortable and we did not get good sleep. Over the course of our 3 night stay, we ran out of toilet paper (there was a partially used roll in each of the bathrooms on arrival), dish soap, and paper towels. We had to make several trips to the store for these basic necessities. The location, amenities (outdoor pool and grill), and space in the condo were all very nice. Probably would not stay here again or recommend due to the uncomfortable beds and chaotic check in experience.

Only issue is an easy fix.

We were impressed as soon as we walked in. Smart renovation choices. Slightly more modern coastal, comfortable, open and easy layout, materials chosen implied that the space is easy to clean (i.e., no carpet). The unit is on the top floor (3rd) which we love, and because of the way the staircase is built, the stairs were manageable for my aging mother and for us carrying all the things. Location was perfect. The issue for us was cleanliness. I want to be fair to travelers because in the handful of different places we've stayed in Rehoboth, this is the first I've had an issue with cleanliness to the point of writing a review. At the same time, I appreciate the owner's responsiveness and so many other things about the unit. If I were a traveler and saw repeat reviews like mine, then I'd beware; otherwise, I think this is something the owner can easily resolve. There was food and beverage residue from previous guests left on appliances in the kitchen and a table in the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom was dusty enough to trigger moderate allergies. Dust buildup on the return vents and blinds indicate the HVAC filter probably isn't changed regularly, which I think is especially important for vacation rentals. We felt uncomfortable enough to wash the king bedding that was provided (which took 3 dryer cycles to finish), and we asked the owner to replace the mattress pad which was covered with hair, which they did. Outside of the unit cleanliness, we enjoyed this round in RB.

Hello! My family and I are excited to welcome to you to our home. We work in Wilmington but spend as much time as we can in beautiful Rehoboth Beach. Our favorite things to do are bike to Lewes, and explore all the amazing restaurants in town. Our kids enjoy Grove Park and Turtle Bridge, and of course the beach! Everyone loves the boardwalk, especially Funland! We know you’ll enjoy the are as much as we do!

Henlopen Station is a hidden gem. It’s quiet but close to everything in RB. The produce market, Creative Market, and brew pub behind the complex are local favorites and the pool is a refreshing alternative to the beach. If you’re looking for the best tacos in town, try Stop and Go Taco, and if you want to relax with pizza at the pool, try Gio’s Pizza - both right next door!
