Bay Tree Unit C7/8 is a tastefully decorated Port Aransas condo. This spilt level condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. Located right by the community swimming pool with two balconies overlooking the marina and the channel. Tile floors throughout, stainless appliances, large sectional sofa in the living area, stackable washer/dryer. Access the upstairs bedrooms by the spiral staircase. Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life. The common areas are like no other...large swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.
