What You'll Love:
**Entertainment & Comfort: Relax in the spacious living room, complete with a large TV featuring Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+. Unwind on the plush couch with a lift-top coffee table or use the kitchen island as a convenient desk for business travelers.

Parking:
The 'Air Garage' is the best location to park, we will provide a code for you so that the parking is free. Please note that the garage does "close" in the evening, however, if you drive towards the secure rolling metal door it will open from either side. There is also pedestrian doors with an elevator so that you can access your vehicle when the security door is closed. Alternatively, two-hour paid street parking is available and becomes free after 5 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends.

My family and I were in town for my mother in laws open heart surgery at UAB and looking for some place close and comforting during a difficult time and we were blessed to find this place. The host were prompt and thorough which I appreciate. The space is beautiful and spacious.

The apartment is very nice. Clean and comfortable with nice appliances and amenities. Location downtown is close to most of our destinations. Walking distance to many amazing restaurants and shops. Nice views to the surrounding street area from the second story unit. Highly recommend this 2 bedroom apartment if you are wanting a nice space in downtown Birmingham! Host is great, fast replies to communications and easy check in & out. Clear instructions and directions. Thanks for a great experience!

I would live here if I could! What a great condo in a great place. The condo was beautifully and luxuriously designed and appointed. Kathleen was very responsive (and patient) with our texts and emails. We're looking forward to staying again when we're next in town.

The residential property was a great fit for my stay, and the property manager was extremely responsive. The location was excellent, with plenty of attractions and restaurants within walking distance. I look forward to booking another stay at the same property during my next trip to Birmingham.
