BEDROOM
The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king size bed, ensuite bathroom, smart TV and direct access to the private patio, this is the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach.

LIVING ROOM
The modern living room boasts a comfortable sofa and a sleek flat-screen TV, creating an inviting space for relaxation and entertainment. For those who need to work or study, the room features a dedicated workspace that enables productivity while enjoying the comforts of home. It has a private balcony with seating, where you can take a breath of fresh air or sip your morning coffee.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your meals including a stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and dining table for 4.

A small mini-bar with a wine fridge is situated between the kitchen and living area, making it a convenient spot for those who enjoy a glass of wine or other chilled beverages. This setup also comes in handy when entertaining guests.

COMMON AREAS
The V-177 building itself is packed with luxurious amenities, including an infinity heated rooftop pool with breathtaking ocean views, a jacuzzi, a gym, and a BBQ area. Take the elevator up to the rooftop and enjoy watching the sun set over the Pacific Ocean.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following hours:
- Pool: open 8 AM to 10 PM, Monday - Thursday,
8 AM to 12 AM Friday - Sunday.
- Gym: open 7 AM - 10 PM daily

Other things to note
Visitor Policy: A maximum of 2 visitors is allowed, and they must be registered with security upon arrival. Visitors are only permitted inside the condo and do not have access to common areas. Visiting hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and overnight stays are not allowed.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Tuesdays for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.

Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
