This clean, beautifully decorated 3-bedroom 3-1/2 bath flat is perfect for a relaxing weekend or extended stay and is equipped with modern amenities. The flat features an open floorplan, large sectional, balcony, spacious bedrooms with private bath & walk-in-shower, & dressing mirrors and large study desk in each suite.
The flat is situated on the second floor of a new three-story mixed-use building, constructed by Kara Bolton Homes, Inc. in 2022. The building is located in the heart of the Haile Village Center, near Patticakes, a coffee, cupcake, and ice cream shop; the Perfect Gift, a wine bar and cigar shop; and Suki’s restaurant, with live jazz music on Thursday nights. There is a weekday RTS shuttle to UF/Shands, and Saturday farmer's market.
Stay fit and drop in for a barre, Pilates, or yoga class at Empowered Studios, located on the first floor. There is also a shaded paved 5k walking or running trail that meanders through the Haile Plantation community and Hawkstone Golf and Country Club.
Explore GNV; ride share is available to local restaurants, breweries, and attractions.

I am a general contractor, serial entrepreneur, and fitness enthusiast. I am a single mother to my amazing children, Cheyenne (28), Trinity (23), and Tyler (17). I am also an avid water woman; I enjoy sailing, kiteboarding, e-foiling, and doing yoga on a stand-up paddleboard! I like being a VRBO owner and host because I enjoy creating beautiful, thoughtful, quality spaces and sharing it with others.

I purchased my first mixed-use office building in the Village Center across the street about ten years ago (where Twinkle-Toes Nanny Agency is now located). I remodeled that building and for years, I would sit on the balcony of the old small building and look at the vacant parcel across the street, dreaming of building a new, larger building. The dream came true last year when I completed the new mixed-use building on that vacant lot! The new building is beautiful and is also home to two of my businesses, Kara Bolton Homes and Empowered Studios!

The new building stands out because it carefully combines modern architectural finishes with existing traditional neighborhood design elements. The interior is special because the gathering spaces are open, welcoming, with abundant natural light. The spacious suites are separated from the gathering spaces with a quiet reading room and balcony. Each bedroom features a private bath with large quartz vanity and roomy walk-in shower and corner shower bench. The residents and businesses in the community are also friendly and helpful. Furthermore, the host is the owner, builder, and interior decorator and SHE is excited to share her work with you!
