Located centrally @ Base of Old Mission peninsula, this two bedroom condo has it all. Large windows with a rooftop gathering space with 10 hot tubs! Walk East Bay beack, the TART trail, Civic Center, NMC college and many restaurants.
Two large bedrooms with king beds and an additional sleeper/sofa in living room. Two full bathrooms and laundry room within unit and fully stocked kitchen.

Elevator access to top floor unit.

The owner was excellent at commutation. Great for two couples, we each had King size beds and our own bathrooms.Just at the bottom of Mission Point for our color tour, excellent location!Clean and had all the necessities of home!

This was perfect for our needs, very easy check in and check out process. Very clean and open concept. Location is easy to get to. Within walking distance or short drive to a coffee shop with a great all gluten free products. The rooms are large and very clean. Highly recommended.

This condo is in a great location, close to downtown but very quiet. The unit was exactly as advertised. Nice amenities, comfy beds. It was perfect for our girls' weekend getaway. Owners were great communicators. Would stay here again!

The property was clean and as described. Loved the aesthetic and the size. Parking was easy. Beds were comfortable. The place was pretty quiet.The only thing I would say could have been better was water pressure in the shower. But it wasn’t the worst I’ve seen.Would absolutely stay here again and use this host again.

The condo was clean and spacious. The kids loved the rooftop hot tubs! It’s located in a great (central) location to go to all our favorite spots during the kids hockey camp. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic rental. Condo was stylish and clean and included all the essentials. Location was perfect. We had a great visit to Traverse City and would highly recommend this rental if you are planning a visit to the area!

Nice clean condo. Owner prompt w communication. Traveled from south TX and requested 30 additional minutes for checkout days in advance to harmonize w other travel plans. Owner not flexible at all. Would not stay again for that simple reason. Everything else met expectations and loved Traverse City. Thank you.

The apartment was a welcome home base for the weekend. Very close to downtown and the bay. It was so nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for convenience and privacy. The apartment was very quiet even though there were many other occupants in the building. Highly recommended for a northern Michigan retreat!

We loved our stay in this condo. The beds were super comfy and there were lots of warm cozy blankets on the beds for the colder nights. The location is just a quick drive to town which worked great for us. We used the roof top hot tubs every night. We would absolutely book again.

Base of the Old Mission peninsula is the perfect location to explore the TC area. Downtown TC is 3 miles to the west and the Horse Show By the Bay is only 8 miles to the east. Located less than a mile from the Civic Center, NMC and numerous restuarants and shops.

Brand new construction with an industrial design flavor. The condo has a rooftop deck with 10 hot tubs for use.
Condo is large, with high ceilings and gorgeous views out of its 4th story windows.
