Remodeled 2 Bedroom/2.5 Bathroom Townhome close to Saratoga Race Track, National Golf Course, 550 Waterfront, Downtown Saratoga and SPAC.
Three level townhome which has a two car garage. Both bedrooms are on the top floor. On the main level, enjoy the newly remodeled kitchen with an island, open floor plan that allows you to see the large flat screen TV from the kitchen. Separate living room and dining room areas that have views of the trees and woods for privacy. Furnished basement which feels like an additional living room. Located in the Interlaken neighborhood, which is walkable (or bike) with private roads and walking paths, community pool, tennis/pickleball courts, putting greens, basketball court and clubhouse. Neighborhood access to Lake Lonely. Home is pet friendly.
