For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation
The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Access comes with a 10USD daily fee, and you’ll receive wristbands after payment to enter.
⚠️ Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a 100USD replacement fee. So keep them safe and dive into your vacation fun!
• Essentials: Please remember that we do not provide bath towels.
• HVAC System: Our centralized HVAC system operates in compliance with municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to ensure your comfort. Heating runs from October 15th to May 1st, and air conditioning operates from May 15th to October 1st. During transitional periods, HVAC settings may vary based on outside temperatures.
• Parking: While parking on our property, please use designated spaces and display your parking permit clearly on the dashboard or rearview mirror, only 1 parking spot. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Avoid parking in handicapped spaces unless you possess a valid permit. We are not liable for any lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to vehicles.
