We have 24 hour security cameras placed on outdoor perimeter, facing main door, and sides of home.
Home has noise decibel monitors in common areas to comply with house ordinances of the city

This gated estate is on over an acre of land and is the suitable home for small weddings and events WITH owner approval and event fee. Walking distance to synagogues and chabads. All bedrooms are on main floor except Primary Suite which is on second floor.

No smoking – This is a smoke-free property. A violation will result in a $1,500 cleaning fee.

No parties or events – Unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Package deliveries – Deliveries are not permitted prior to your check-in date.

Parking – A maximum of 3 vehicles is allowed on the property at all times.

Quiet hours – Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
