We are offering a 3 bedroom property with a "sleeping den", 5 minutes from downtown Bethany Beach, Delaware. The home is in a quiet community with a small pond just outside. Comfortable for small families and close to all the restaurants and activities, but just outside the commotion. A community pool is steps away. Recent updates include new carpeting, new mattresses, new love seats. We accept Saturday to Saturday rentals Memorial Day to Labor Day

Great place to stay

We enjoyed staying at this property. Had everything needed for our stay! Great communication with the owner. Pool was amazing and literally steps away from house. Very happy we chose this place! Would stay here again.

Wonderful beach home with family

The beach home is so cute and perfect for our family vacation for the week. The owner was very accommodating and great with communication. Perfect spot across the pool and not to far drive to the beach.

Great location

Our stay was great. We enjoyed the townhome and pool. The location was perfect, everything was a very short ride away and yet away from all the busy areas. Peter responded to all texts before and during our stay. We enjoyed time away at the beach as a family.

Amazing

The place was clean, comfortable and in a very cute small community with pool. They ride to the beach was less then 5 minutes.

Wonderful Bethany Beach Family Getaway!

My family and I recently stayed at this charming beach house in Bethany, DE and had the most wonderful time! The house has a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, located in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive to Bethany boardwalk and beach. The neighborhood pool was very convenient and just steps away. I would highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway in Bethany.

Girls trip

We had a great stay at the Butler Beach condo. Perfect location! Less than a few minutes from Bethany Beach. We also went to Ocean City and Rehoboth beach. All of these are under 30 minutes away. The condo was clean and well stocked. We had a problem with the internet, and the owner was quick to help us out. Loved the pool and the deck for morning coffee. Would highly recommend this condo for your beach get away.

Family Vacation

House was perfect for our needs. Close to town, pool next to the house, and all the essentials necessary to make a perfect vacation. Has a spacious office area, which was nice because I had to work morning's. However, the internet was down for our entire week, no fault of the owner. Peter was very accommodating, offering to drive down his hotspot but I chose to use my own to save him a trip. It was an inconvenience for the kids and morn/evening tv. Overall this is a great house, and would recommend staying here.
