Pets stay for free! Heated pool at no additional cost. Experience the essence of sophisticated relaxation in this sun-drenched Scottsdale retreat. A gracious floor plan & meticulously appointed kitchen invite function and easy entertaining. Indulge in the well-appointed primary suite, with a spa-like bath and ample closet space. Whether you seek a restorative respite poolside or a vibrant adventure in nearby Tempe and Old Town, this home offers the perfect blend of elegance and comfort.

Wonderful residential neighborhood. Close to airport, freeways, Old Town Scottsdale, Fashion Square, Spring Training, Tempe, ASU and so much more!

Swimming pool is heated between the months of October until April at NO additional cost to the guests. Pool heater is set at 85 degrees. In the event that outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may drop below 85 degrees.

Pets stay without additional fees.

Home away from home!!

This is the second time i have stayed at this property the first time was with my family a week before my stay. This home is beautiful warm and welcoming definitely a home away from home. It is in a very nice neighborhood. Is minutes away from the facility my mother is currently in which is a plus for us hence why we chose to stay again. The communication was amazing my daughet forgot her purse in one of the bedrooms and the property manager was amazing and allowed us to go back in and retrieve the purse. Overall expenses and stay was exceptional beds are comfy. Will definitely be booking here again!

Great Pool and Responsive Hosts

Last minute stay so we were happy to find this home in the location we needed with a wonderful heated pool. Property was very clean and had a great work space. Would stay again.

Great vacation spot

This location is near many restaurants and attractions. We loved the ease of check-in and communication with property managers. The actual house was nice and neat, very updated, and great for our family vacation. The pool is awesome and convenient to have due to the weather. Would definitely book this home again!

Overall, great property and would stay here again. The code mechanism for the front door was a bit finicky, and the shower pressure in the master bedroom is pretty bad but other than that good spot!

Spring Break 2024

Great location to the events we planned. The house was clean. Our bed was comfy. The pool was outstanding! We did not cook much but there are plenty of restraunts within a 5 minute drive. We will be back!

Ok stay

Location and pool are best features of this home. Honestly some of the most uncomfortable beds and furniture in any house we have rented. Minimal kitchen supplies, only one bath towel per person. We rent in the Phoenix area 3/4 times a year and will be looking elsewhere for next visit.

Great property for families.

Lovely property. Clean, comfortable, spacious and decorated like a hotel. Everything was thought out perfectly at this property. The beds were super comfortable, the pillows and towels were great quality. Our teen and preteen enjoyed having a tv in their own room as well. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool had a very decent deep end, which is a bonus when you have older kids who love the pool. Communication between the property manager was prompt and pleasant. Great location as well. So glad we decided on this property!!

Long weekend in Arizona

We enjoyed pool & patio very much! Liked layout of house w/ 2 living rooms & tvs. Kitchen needs bigger pots, pans, larger bowls for salads etc, more kitchen towel’s & dishrags. The smaller spare NEEDS a mirror on back of door! Would’ve been nice to have board games, books, floaties, pool & outdoor games. Only complaints-broken towel rack, broken dishwasher, crumbs & dust under couches. Other than that it was very clean & a great place for a long weekend!

Great home close to ASU and hiking

This was a great house for our family. 2 teen agers, 2 grandparents, 2 parents and dogs. There were great easy hikes less than 10 min away. ASU and Tempe Lake are very close too. Thee pool was an added plus. The owner was very responsive as well.
