This stunning 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom upper unit is just steps from the sand situated in the perfect spot for all of your beach, shopping, and restaurant needs! With a cozy living room that opens out onto a balcony with ocean views. The upper balcony houses the built in BBQ perfect for grilling up your family's favorite meals. The kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar is perfect for making coffee and breakfast to enjoy on the balcony with heaters. The Master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bath. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, the second guest room has twin bunkbeds, and the 3rd guest bedroom also has a queen bed.

This home is freshly renovated, with all new appliances, new hardware, and updated in home features.

There is room for one car in the garage.

This unit has all the amenities that will ensure a relaxing and memory making time with your family. This home is within walking distance of some of Newport's best restaurants and shops, Lido Village and the Balboa Fun zone are short drive away. This home is ideal for a relaxing family vacation!

A beautiful home and very close to all of the fun. It was unfortunate that one of the outdoor heaters did not work. We would suggest that the host offer kitchen towels, additional paper towels and trash bags. Overall, a very nice home.

This unit is beautiful and well thought out. There was a garage and carport to park in as well as ample parking on the street. Not sure if the summertime would be the same on the street. There are a few minor issues with the Home the two back bathrooms have backed up plumbing in the showers and the microwave oven was not operating. The upper deck was very sandy, but understandable being as close as it is to the ocean. Our group was very comfortable, enjoying the lower patio and indoor outdoor space. I can recommend this place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a terrific Spring Break week in Newport Beach at this property. The balconiesmon each floor were fantastic amenities. Decor is modern. Bedding was excellent. Both floors were very clean. Proximity to grocery store, Lido Island shopping and restaurants and of course the beach was perfect. Sara from Burr White was excellent, answering all our questions promptly before and after our stay.
