Relax with the whole family (including fido!) at this peaceful place to stay. Centrally located between downtown Wilmington and Carolina Beach. Huge private yard and beautiful tidal creek with stunning sunset views. Covered front porch and back deck that features outdoor dining space and BBQ. Large kitchen, spacious bedrooms. Breezy, beach-inspired decor. Dennis and I live next door at 203 Savoy Circle, the yellow house to the right. We will not visit or interrupt your vacation in any way, but are happy to help with anything you may need! House is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential neighborhood

Great place to stay while visiting UNCW
Great property for our family of four and two poodles. Communication was great and the location was perfect. Beds were comfortable, but recommend a king for the primary bedroom.

Weekend getaway
We fully enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean, perfect for the number of guests, loved that it is pet friendly, and the location was very convenient. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again!

Weekend Family Trip
Nice house nestled in a wooded lot with beautiful creek/water canal running behind the property. Huge front porch and big back deck. Bedrooms were all comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. The foliage around the house needed pruning.

Perfect for our needs
Very comfortable, spacious, and well furnished/supplied property with gracious and very responsive hosts. Ease of entry and ample parking. Beautiful views of creek framing the capacious backyard made for relaxing evenings. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay with our dog
The yard is a great space to relax in the morning with coffee or run around with our dog. The house is clean and contained everything we needed. Checking in was a breeze and Mia is easy to communicate with. Nice neighborhood for walks and not too far from downtown and beaches.

Quiet, quaint and charming!
We loved staying here! The backyard felt secluded, the rooms were adorably decorated and I love that it felt homey as soon as we walked in. The hostess was super kind and accommodating!

Great location for Wilmington area. Centrally located and yet very quiet setting. Lovely back porch and yard. House was welcoming and roomy. Very comfortable and well stocked. Would use the location again.

Wedding week
This is a great house!!! One of the better I have ever stayed in. It is in a neighborhood with plenty of room between the the houses. It is a great pet friendly home with a large fenced in area and unfenced area. There is a nice "stream" behind the home where you can fish in or put a canoe in. Extremely clean, you would never know pets had been in it. Large bedrooms, lots of closet space, nice furniture, beds were comfortable. Both showers had liquid soap, shampoo and conditioners on the wall. Toilets had bidets. Washer and dryer had available detergents.Keyless entry. Snacks and coffee available upon arrival. Great front and back porches to relax on.Better than a hotel room. It was great having the owners beside us. Nice couple. Would stay again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
We loved this house. Our 4 year old asked if we could live there as soon as we walked in. A welcome basket with snacks was on the table when we arrived. The house was clean and had everything we could need. The owners responded almost immediately when we checked in and we didn’t need to message after that because we didn’t have any problems or need anything. Our kids enjoyed playing in the backyard on Saturday morning while my husband searched and caught crabs on the riverbank. The house was only a 20 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach and there were lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We would definitely stay here again!
