Wonderful location, services and very pleasant condo
Very good communication with the owner. The condo comes with 24H swimming pool and gym. There are tennis courts, table tennis, squash, basketball etc... Barbecues and tables around the swimming pool.
The Meridian is located 10min walking distance from the strip through the linq promenade or the Horseshoe.
You can park your car in an indoor parking (shade is important in August...).
The overall feel is that it is a safe environment.
The condo has everything you need. The bed are very good quality. Tv, wifi, nespresso, keurig, all kitchen appliances. Washing machine and dryer.
We asked if there was a safe and Roni installed one directly after our request!
There is a colibri feeder. It was enjoyable to see them come. Will come back!

Guests access notes:
* Registration forms with photo IDs for all guests must be submitted to the Meridian HOA at least 5 business days before occupancy.
* All guests must register at the HOA office to activate access devices.
* HOA office is open Mon - Fri during regular business hours
* Parking is free on premises. Parking permits must be displayed to park anywhere at the Meridian. Vehicle registration and proof of insurance are required. In the event you have a rental vehicle the HOA will need a copy of your rental contract.
Unlike any other Airbnb rental communities, The Meridian Private Residences is part of the Vegas Loop Network,
THE VEGAS LOOP is a high speed underground transportation system powered by Tesla Vehicles, rapidly connecting key locations, like Harry Reid International Airport, Allegiant Stadium, and downtown, with transit times between 2 and 8 minutes.
Starting August 2026, the Meridian will have its own pick-up and drop-off kiosk exclusively for the Meridian Private Residences. The kiosk will be located near the Flamingo entrance, adjacent to the Meridian Club House.
