Everything was wonderful about this place- the manager, the cooks they helped us hire, the home was wonderful, nice and big for our party of 28. It was such a magical stay!

Every thing was lovely and as expected Staff are very helpful and friendly We catered with la playa restaurant and it was amazing food and services were excellent. For a big group of 24 this was an excellent experience.

Great Villa for Group Vacation

We had a great week staying at Casa Isabella A and B. It comfortably accommodated our group of 18 and more than lived up to the photos online. Carlos and the property management team were easy to communicate with and helped facilitate a few things for our group - golf cart, chef dinner, airport transportation. Which was great for a group of our size. Would definitely recommend Casa Isabella!

Great Place to Stay!

We rented the 2 houses plus the 2 suites for celebration of several big birthdays!!! There was 27 of us, plenty of room for everyone! Carlos and Juan made sure we had everything we needed, we had a couple of little issues after the power went out, but they were handled quickly! We loved the cleaning service every day, she was wonderful! I would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful Casa Isabella!

Casa Isabella was absolutely spectacular! We rented the entire place for a week to celebrate my 50th birthday and we loved every minute of it. The beautiful house, two pools, private beach, and incredible views made it a week to remember. And the location of the house, was perfect. We were less than a five-minute drive from town or we could also walk down the beach to access all the bars, restaurants & grocery stores. Kevin, from Flamingo Beach Vacations, arranged our airport transport, as well as two 6-seater golf carts for the week. Carlos, our concierge, was amazing! He helped us book in-house massages, a trip to the Diamante Eco Adventure Park, a private boat excursion, as well as a private chef! Chef Gerardo Godinez & Roy from Chef’s Flair were amazing, too. We could not have asked for better food! It was an amazing way to celebrate my birthday and spend time with my closest friends. Thank you, Greg, for having us! We loved it!

Big Beautiful Property with Terrible Managment issues

Absolutely NO check in assistance. 2 ACs didn’t work and the property management wouldn’t get back to us. WiFi was down the first two days of our stay, again with little to no communication from property management as to when it would be fixed. Septic Tank broke while our 2nd to last day, and one whole house couldn’t use any toilets. Beautiful property, great location, but the house breaks and property management was fighting with ownership over payment disputes- so they refused to provide our reservation with good service. It was a mess of a situation and ownership didn’t provide any refund for lack of support. I would be cautious.

We have been fortunate to have hosted several amazing guests. Unfortunately, the guests far exceeded our maximum occupancy and overwhelmed our septic system. This could have been avoided had the guest been upfront and worked with us rather than avoiding the event fee. We are fortunate to have great staff that came in on a Sunday morning to resolve an issue that could have been easily avoided. Our local representative meets the guests and orientates them to the home and our housekeeper works Monday to Saturday to keep the home in top condition.
