Aloha paradise! This beautiful Kauai Kailani property features all of the amenities you love to have while on vacation, including two pools, a barbecuing area, a recreation room, and a prime location near the area's shops, restaurants, bike paths, and of course, the beach.

The sun flows into the well-appointed, air-conditioned interior of your stay with ease. Here, you can lounge in the living room adorned with ample seating and a large TV. The well-equipped kitchen ensures cooking is done easily amongst the gleaming granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. When you're ready to eat, dine at the breakfast bar, or even alfresco in the radiant sunshine.

Both of the bedrooms showcase tasteful tropical decor pieces and plenty of sprawling space. An additional interior perk can be found when you utilize the private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits - rinse and repeat another day in paradise!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This is a very good place from the standpoint of proximity to amenities, restaurants and other services. The unit was clean pictures reflected the space available, and our family appreciate cooking, which means having good pot pans and utensils. This unit had that capacity. Also, if you’re planning to travel to different locations within Kauai, it’s quite eccentric and you can get to each side of the island within 30 to 60 minutes at the most. We don’t typically use the pool, but even though this pool was on the smaller side it was clean daily and deep, which made it quite fun. Lastly, the ocean is right there with beautiful walks going on each direction and we were able to see any different Marin life. Thank you for this wonderful place and for reflecting truly what guests have available. My only suggestion, is to have a mop, cheese, grater, and a dish rack available.

Island Retreat

We had an amazing stay in the Kapa’a area. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and beautiful. The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear check-in instructions, making the process seamless. The home itself was beautifully decorated, fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect—super close to restaurants and supermarkets, yet peaceful and private. We especially loved walking the beach ever morning, soaking up the beauty of Kaua’i. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Nice place and great location!

We had a wonderful time here! Our daughter just had acl surgery so the first floor walking right out on the lawn was great! Lounge chairs all around to lay out and enjoy the sun. The king size bed was not real comfortable and the pillows were firmer then my liking but the location and the place being stocked w all our needs out weighed that. Safeway right across the street was ver handy as well. Beautiful place!

Met expectations, no disappointments

I didn't see any of the dreaded homeless people mentioned in other reviews; just other well-behaved guests such as myself. Everyone has their own expectations about the property they book, but as for me this was a wonderful stay.

Such a great place to stay!

Stayed here with my sisters for a little get away. The unit it is exactly what the online listing post and has everything you need for a little home away from home. It was clean with plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows. The location is great as well with a supermarket and other local eats walking distance. What I loved about the location as well is that you’re midpoint from south and north shore, and close to the airport! I would definitely recommend this place to people and would stay here again!

Well appointed condo

We loved our time here! The space was very comfortable, the location was great - in the middle of Kapa'a and walkable. The condo had a lot of extras that weren't listed in the listing which made our stay wonderful! There were beach chairs, a cooler, some snorkeling gear, separate towels for the beach or pool and even a boogie board. We had considered buying or renting a lot of these items but didn't need to. The kitchen had a small stocked spice cabinet and tupperware too.

Wonderful ideally located oceanside paradise

Three of us stayed in this oceanfront paradise right in the center of Kapaa! Across the street from the Safeway, many dining establishments close by and beautifully appointed w an unbelievable welcome basket!!! It just doesn’t get much better! Everything you need to make your Kauai escape ideal is right here at this property !!!!!!

Blessed Vacation with Vacasa

Family vacation for my husband and I from Idaho 2nd trip there Our daughter and her family's first trip from Alaska to Kauai. The Condo was excellent perfect from sleeping to cooking very comfortable and cozy. Location to pool beach shopping eating was a plus for our family. Our youngest grandson hit the pool everyday and our oldest grandson loved the game room The view from the Condo amazing looking straight out at palmtrees and ocean Went to the beach for sunrises and sunsets just a few steps out our sliding glass door everyday beautiful We cannot wait to go again and would try to get the same condo a blessed fabulous vacation for our family My kids loved Kauai they are hooked now like us So fun Love Love Love Kauai Thank you Blessings

Perfect in every way

Amazing! Clean, great location and excellent support when needed. My mother and I stayed for 1 week and used it as a base to travel around the island. We had rented a car but close enough to walk to shops, bars and restaurants. The beach was stunning and always quiet. We saw amazing sunrise. The beach was sandy but as you will read in guide books it is strong crashing waves… not suitable for young children. We didn’t actually brave going out to swim there. The pool was lovely and clean… maintained every morning. I highly recommend this condo and location! Hope to go back

Great reset for us

We had a lovely stay in this condo, despite not having A/C the fans kept it very comfortable, amazing breeze from the ocean helps keep it cool overnight. Love the in unit washer/dryer, helped keep towels fresh & went home with clean clothes. Tambo surf shop is located nearby for board rentals (highly reccomend)as well as a couple of shops where you can rent snorkel gear, beach chairs and umbrellas. Full kitchen in the condo helps save on meals, we hit Costco to stock up for the week. Be sure to check out the local farmers markets for delicious items direct from locals. We had a wonderful stay, mahalo!

Lovely place to unwind
