Free parking is provided on the property on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring ample space for everyone. Carolina Beach is bike and pedestrian-friendly with rentals for bikes and golf carts available.

Note that the condo is on the top floor (3rd) offering great views and no overhead noise, but stairs are required and there is no elevator in the building. Parking and pool passes will be provided at check-in.

We encourage purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind in case of any unforeseen events requiring trip cancellation or interruption.

Carolina Beach undergoes beach renourishment every three years, with the latest project expected to complete in late Fall 2025. While this may affect some beach access points, our access remains available with great views and experiences, but there is less beach this year. We recommend walking down the left a little for long beach days.
