Bay Tree A78 is a tastefully decorated condo. It is located on the second floor with no elevator. Bedrooms are accessed by an interior spiral staircase. Washer and dryer in unit for added convenience. Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life. No smoking, no pets.
Parking for 2 under the carport. 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands will be provided and must be worn at the community facilities.
Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of 45 dollars + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking
