Look no further than our Milwaukee home. Our home is a centrally located single family home with three bedrooms to meet your parties needs. Equipped with spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and large bedrooms.

The Space:
Our home is a full, private single family home outfitted specifically to host guests. This Milwaukee gem has beautiful Milwaukee hardwood as well as updated appliances designed with our guests in mind.

The living room is a spacious area designed uniquely to provide a relaxing ambiance for our guest. A 48" Roku Smart TV centers the room with two large custom shelving spaces and a natural wood coffee table.

The kitchen is outfitted with all the creature comforts you would expect and more! A fully remodeled kitchen equipped with all stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, and sink. We provide pots, pans, cutting board, knives, silverware, dish-ware, and baking pans, and a coffee machine with complimentary coffee, cream and sugar to get your morning started off right. We have a large kitchen table to share your meals with your company.

Progressing through you will find the king 'bedroom' with a memory foam king bed, night stands, and cabinetry. There is no fixed wall, so you have the flexibility of keeping the area private with 6' shutters or opening it up to the main area.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms.

The first is equipped with two twin beds and thoughtful touches to keep you and your guests comfortable.

The second is a queen memory foam mattress with a large bean bag chair 'big joe' which can easily hold one person for a quick nap after a long day.

The bathroom is on the main floor and is large to accommodate all guests. The bathroom equipped with all the towels you will need for your stay, along with a nice warm shower with great water pressure and complementary soaps.

The Neighborhood:
The home is nestled between two of the best neighborhoods in Milwaukee The Lower East Side and Murray Hill with a Niche neighborhood score of A-.

The Lower East Side and Murray Hill offer residents a dense urban feel while remaining private and quiet. In Lower East Side there are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals call the Lower East Side their home.

The Milwaukee river has a newly renovated river walk, and just a short walk south and you are in the heart of downtown, where you can shop, visit museums, or see your favorite sports team. To the East Lake Michigan and McKinley are just a 7 block walk.

Lastly, we take pride in taking care of our crew, 100% of your cleaning fee goes to our hardworking crew who ensure the unit is in pristine condition with ample amenities for EVERY guest

Getting Around:
With the second highest walk score in the city (89/100) the neighborhood is especially accessible to all the main attractions of Milwaukee. We are especially close to Fiserv Forum, Brady Street, Downtown MKE, Summerfest grounds, and the Historic Third Ward. The streetcar is free and open to the public as well, Ubers are cheap and easy for travels requiring a car.

Other Things to Note:
We have security cameras set-up at the main entrance to the property and porch to ensure house rules our followed. We have a noise monitor on the interior as well which will notify you if you are above the acceptable level. We take the peace and quiet of our neighbors very seriously and will not tolerate any disturbances to our peaceful community. There are no cameras on any of the interior spaces of the unit.

We run a clean ship and expect our guests to hold themselves to a high degree of integrity while staying with us!

Lastly, we will no longer be allowing guest access to the patio as there has been many complaints from the neighbors. We hope we can re-open this area to guests soon.
