Enjoy a relaxing stay in this charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom waterfront condo—perfect for a weekend getaway or extended retreat. The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a full bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower.

The open-concept living space includes a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, two-burner stovetop, and microwave—ideal for preparing light meals. There’s seating for up to six guests with a combination of dining table and bar seating, while the living room offers comfortable seating for up to four and a cozy gas fireplace for added ambiance.

Step out onto the private balcony and take in scenic views as boats sail in and out of Round Lake—an ideal spot to relax and unwind.

Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and a central downtown location. You’ll be just a short walk from Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries, making it an ideal destination for a short getaway, extended vacation, or even a wedding celebration.

Each condo at the Edgewater Inn is individually owned and uniquely decorated, allowing guests to enjoy a different experience with every stay—or return to a favorite. With 48 unique units, a variety of amenities, and a friendly staff, the property provides a welcoming home-away-from-home atmosphere.

Guests also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building, access to a guest laundry facility, and a pool with a year-round indoor section and a seasonal outdoor section (open May through September).

Perfect Getaway

We had the best time. From our balcony we were able to watch the sun rise and see the boats and ferries come and go. We also unknowingly booked when the applefest was happening so it was fun to be able to walk everywhere...shops, beach, etc.

Amazing view and clean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit smelled very fresh and was clean. No bugs or spider webs inside or on the balcony. The view was fun to watch the yatchs and ships sail by the unit. The front desk staff was there till 10pm and they were always helpful. We plan to come back. We enjoyed parking the car and walking everywhere. There were lots of walking paths, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the Venetian festival.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodations were very nice overall. Condo location was perfect. It was clean and well maintained with the exception the heat did not function during the evening and the room was colded until it magically turned on in the overnight hours. Not so good for a romantic evening.

Edge water 3 night stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The units are very outdated but large enough for all your stuff. Needs new bedding , furniture and patio chairs. However nice kitchen with all you need for a few day stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property and location were perfect. Just what we wanted for a relaxing time to just chill out and enjoy the view, water and nature of the gorgeous northern Michigan. The condo did lack some amenities we wanted such as extra blankets to cuddle up in, as the weather wasn’t quite warm. No direction on how to work the furnace and basic cleaning supplies, such as a broom for beach sand. Other than that we would highly recommend!
