Views to die for! Beachfront updated 2nd floor 1 bedroom 1 bath unit that's a perfect romantic getaway for a couple whether it's your honeymoon or 50th anniversary.
The unit will accommodate up to 4 people with a queen sleeper sofa in living room.
Unit comes complete with a kitchen, with quartz countertops, where you can cook all your meals. or forget the cooking and enjoy the fabulous restaurants that PCB has to offer.
Sunbird offers 3 Pools (one heated), and a gym.
Unit #202W.

IMPORTANT - HOA RULES. At least one rental guest must be 25 or older and stay the duration of the reservation. HOA are checking IDs and refusing entry arrivals that do not meet this requirement.
Maximum of 5 occupants in unit, sleeping 4 occupants
Quiet time after 10 pm and before 8 am
No pets
No hanging towels on railings
No smoking or vaping inside condo and balcony
I parking spot per unit parking pass $35 and
Armbands required $6 per person are paid to HOA

Violation of these rules you will be asked to vacate premises, no refunds will be given
Door has a ring doorbell.
Security has cameras throughout complex for safety purposes

Excellent stay, only thing is the HOA was very strict and wouldn't allow games to be played in the pool. The condo and owner was perfect.

Property is clean, secure and in a perfect location. The condo is well supplied, spotless and very comfortable. Excellent proximity to beach, free chairs and umbrella..just overall a beautiful place. After numerous trips to PCB, this has been the best rental we have had as far as communication, securoty and cleanliness! This one is wprth a repeat visit!

Little piece for Paradise.

Communication with Roger was amazing. He was there to answer questions when I had them. The view was amazing. And the beach with the chair service was the best thing. I didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to return next year.

Great location & Loved the free chairs & umbrella

We were very pleased with the look and feel of the condo. The whole process was an easy as it could be! The view of the Gulf was good and the free beach chairs and umbrella was icing on the cake! Wish the second elevator was working but the waits were not too bad. The only thing that we were a little uneasy about was that Georgia had their spring break during the time we chose to come down but the property was well protected by security. We will definitely be back but chose a different date..The only
